My son's birthday is on 21.04, I ordered a cake for 20.04, because we were planning to leave. We discussed all the issues on the phone in advance, and I dropped the picture for the cake. We agreed that I would pick up the cake on Sovetskaya Street, after 17.00 on the 20th. 04/20. At 4:30 p.m., they call me and say that the car broke down, they can't bring the cake, and I need to go to the other side of the city to the bakery. I arrive, and they bring me a cake, which is just terribly made, with the wrong shape and pattern. They explain to me that the master was in a hurry to get home, because today is a short day. Next, I receive an offer that they can make a new cake for me tomorrow and I can pick it up after 11 o'clock at the store on Sovetskaya. 04/21 at 9 a.m. they send me a photo of a new cake. To say that it is perfect is not, but it is much better than the first one. At 1:30 p.m., I arrive at the store and am informed that the baking machine arrived, but your cake was not there. I write to the bakery, they tell me that the car has left. I picked up the cake around 14.00.
