The hotel is nice, we stayed 1 night in 201 rooms and 5 nights in 301 rooms. 201 rooms are very small and did not like it, and 301 rooms are 35m2 + balcony and looks huge in relation to 201. Room 301 has a double bed and one single bed + a small kitchen. There is a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink + hairdryer. Midea air conditioners in all rooms and throughout the hotel. Breakfast is included. I think the breakfasts are good, but everyone has their own opinion. I especially want to say about how we disappeared to the Aristocrat hotel, 8 hours before departure to Batumi from Moscow, ozon travel called and said that the hotel that my wife had booked through them had cancelled the reservation for six months, they apologize and are ready to find alternative options for us. It was 20:00 in Moscow, and it was already 21:00 in Batumi. I tell them that everyone in Georgia is already resting, they tell us not to worry, we'll call you back in 20 minutes. Of course, no one called back, we called again and so on 7... 8 times. Ozone travel in all its glory. In an hour, I called half of Batumi from Moscow, and here I felt the hospitality of the Georgians: almost everyone speaks Russian, they are ready to help, some even rent out their apartment, etc. I called the Aristocrat hotel, the manager said that there were no rooms for our dates, but then I wrote on WhatsApp anyway, and the owner of the hotel, Timur, answered me, who immediately decided everything: first you stay in one room for one night, and then you move to another room. And all this was verbally agreed, the next day, after the plane, we immediately went to the reception and got to know him. I highly recommend this hotel. Such people and hotels are the beginning of a great vacation in Georgia!

A minus star for the girls at the reception, 2 young people who probably don't like Russian tourists (most of them are in the hotel), don't respond to "good morning". Young people, on the contrary, are very kind-hearted, they will always help and answer all questions. The hotel itself is located in the center, daily cleaning, good breakfasts, the cook can cook an omelet on request. The sea and all the sights are nearby. Now, I've booked a more expensive hotel next to this one for June. I don't want to come back here for sure

We stayed at this hotel for a week, together with my husband. I liked everything, the convenient location, good breakfasts (we had enough, everything was delicious and fresh, especially delicious cottage cheese, as an amateur, it's just a balm for my soul)))) My husband thought the room was small, but as for me, it's enough, especially for two people))) There is a refrigerator, kettle, cups, air conditioning. We had a balcony in the room, which is also a big plus. The shower was good, gels and shampoos were replenished as needed. In any case, the rest was wonderful! We love Batumi, we will come back here more than once😊
