We have been vacationing here for the seventh year. When we visit Toma and Nazim, we see kindness and kindness every time. We are greeted by the hosts, who are always happy to welcome every guest. Cozy, clean rooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi. You can always cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the kitchen, as well as arrange cozy gatherings))). There is a barbecue area on site, Parking for those who come by car. The sea is 5 minutes away, cafes and shops are within walking distance. When we are in Pitsunda, we always stop here. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

I want to leave a review about this beautiful place. The place is atmospheric. With some kind of cozy and kind home environment. This is when you enter a house or a hotel or a restaurant and feel at home calmly. The rooms, as I understand it, are standard, there are slightly larger rooms. We lived on the 3rd floor with a great view. In the new room. It's big enough for us. When we come to relax in the room, we only sleep) the summer kitchen is in the courtyard. Very convenient. Tables under a canopy and under an umbrella. It 's spacious . There is a lot of space. There is also a washing machine. And drying in the yard.No need to wash your clothes in the washbasin... and dry it in the room. The sea is nearby . It seems that we have to go. But I timed it to go exactly 3.5 minutes. Many thanks to the kind and helpful owners. For warmth and comfort . We met, showed everything, told everything. We always helped with any questions . All the best and prosperity.

This was the second time we had a rest at Arina's guest house. We went there last year on the recommendation of friends. We came back again this year. Decent, helpful hosts. We were greeted kindly. Any questions/requests are answered immediately. The rooms have everything you need - good repair, furniture, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower and bathroom. Nothing else is required. In the summer kitchen, there is an opportunity to cook, wash, and mentally meditate. No restrictions, everything is available. The owners keep order. Vacationers come in different ways, and it happens that they shit everything, but apparently someone else has to clean up for them. So the hostess will clean up everything, change it. Walking distance to the sea is 5-7 minutes. Well, unless, of course, you go to the shops to buy something with you to the beach))). The sea on this side is clean, beautiful, and affectionate. We don't go to the central beach - it's too crowded and dirty. We are pleased with Arina's guest house, the people who provide it, and its location (away from the central bustle, quiet at night). I definitely recommend it.

We rested for 11 days in August 2025! A clean, cozy hotel. Very friendly and helpful hosts! We helped with both excursions and car rental, we told you everything and showed you! It takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea at a calm pace! There is a small shop and cafes on the way to the sea. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as several cafes on the coast, where it is pleasant to watch the sunsets and the sea in the evening)) The house also has a summer kitchen with everything you need. Stove, refrigerators, microwave, washing machine. There is parking for cars in the courtyard. Thanks!

A cozy little hotel, the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV. Large open kitchen on the 1st floor, there is everything to prepare your own breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is a barbecue, refrigerators, washing machine. The location is convenient, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, near a boxwood grove, a shop and several cafes. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

I want to leave a review about our wonderful stay at the Arina guest house. Firstly, we arrived ahead of time, so the hosts met us and settled us into our ready-made room without any problems, without taking a dime (it was very surprising, because there will be a percentage for early check-in everywhere, it's nice)they explained where and what was in which direction, showed the territory, it was very convenient that it was closed, no one else would enter , there was a summer kitchen on the territory, equipped with everything necessary, a microwave oven, a washing machine (free laundry), tables under the canopy, where we sat in the evenings in the company of our neighbors😍The rooms are spacious, for three people, but we were 4 people, so we were given an extra bed, and again for free!The room has all the amenities, including TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi works perfectly, I often had to sit and work, there were no problems!And the sea is just a paradise, clean, warm, the shore is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a cafe on the shore, a barbecue joint, just a fairy tale!The hosts are friendly, young people who will explain everything without any problems, explain, and even treat you!!!Abkhazia is a country of the soul, a paradise on earth!Therefore, you need to respect the people of this country, come with kindness, and you will be greeted with kindness!We are happy with everything, Thanks to Tom and Nasim, for our wonderful vacation!We will definitely come back next year!!!I definitely recommend this guest house to everyone!!!

Hello everyone ✌️ I stayed at the guest house "Arina" from August 12 to August 30 inclusive. There were no problems. We had a great rest! The hosts are nice people. We had a nice room on the second floor with everything we needed, including a double and a regular bed, TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet. Even paper was provided! The linen is white and clean. We settled in quickly. There is a large kitchen in the courtyard with refrigerators, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, tables under a canopy and all necessary utensils. There are ropes where you can dry things after the beach or washing. For security reasons, the gate was locked at night, keys are given to everyone upon arrival, we did not go out at night, although it is absolutely safe in Pitsunda. There is a bus stop in front of the house, you can take a minibus in different directions on your own or get to the border without a taxi. The beach is just around the corner, find sun beds at the cozy Turtle cafe, the best price on the entire coast, I've been sunbathing there for the second year. The store is nearby, a 2-minute walk away, there is a card payment, the cashiers are very polite, everything you need is available. This is my third time in Abkhazia, and there is something to compare it with, so I recommend visiting this place. Everything is close, it is convenient to relax with a company, leave the negative at home, take a good mood and rush to the sea 😁✌️☀️🐠🪸⚓️🐚⛵️🪼🌅🦐🤿

We made an early booking on August 31 for 9 days. Initially, a deposit of 2.5 days was left. The photos were great, everything was clean and good. When we stopped at the Arina hotel, we were horrified, the courtyard was in terrible condition, there was nothing green, it was covered with rubble. The shared kitchen leaves much to be desired, dirty, the kitchen furniture is old, all crumbled. The room itself is as dark as a crypt, two light bulbs barely illuminate the center of the room, it is very dark and uncomfortable. There is no refrigerator in the room, there is no hair dryer, there are no small things like toothbrush cups and clothes hangers. The bathroom curtain is mildewed all over the area, the water in the shower does not drain. There is no balcony, the window overlooks someone else's hanging laundry on the background of the fence. When I informed the hostess that we would be staying with her for 2 days out of the planned 9, hell broke loose, she rudely told us that there was no hostel here and that we were to leave in an hour, personal insults flew. She screamed at the whole yard that we were inadequate and no one would do that. I returned 50% of the deposit (6 out of 12 thousand), but in the end we stayed there for 3 hours out of all the days. To our arguments that since you won't return the entire prepayment, let's stay at least overnight, she rudely said "get out of here." I strongly do not recommend this place. For the same amount, there are nicer places, bright, clean, cozy, with friendly hosts. Well, or come by, but if something goes wrong and you need to leave, prepare for the fact that the hostess will make a scandal, because she considers you her debtors and humiliates you with personal insults. Probably, all the positive reviews are written by her.

There were 2 families with small children in 2 cars in Pitsunda in the summer, they arrived at 2 a.m., did not book, they met the owner near the house and asked if there were rooms - he said of course - we would check in, discussed the nuances and foolishly made an advance payment for 5 days at 5 t.p. per day, the house is not bad, but the stairs The 2nd floor is mega narrow, you can't get through with a suitcase - either he's in front or you are, the rooms are not big at all. We went to the sea tomorrow - it's not close to the sea - on the way we decided to find out how much rooms cost in other guest houses closer to the sea - and concluded that we had lost the prepayment because in other guest houses much closer to the sea, the average price was from 3 to 4 tr. as a result, we were offered rooms twice as much!!! it's more spacious, with a terrace, without stairs, in no worse condition for 3.5 t.p. a day, and we decided to move when the hostess found out about it - insults went - inappropriate behavior, she turned out to return the deposit. As a result, they achieved a partial refund with screams and left. Advice - take your time - there are better and cheaper options!!! And the advice to the hostess is that you form a reputation about your country!!! Be kinder and more respectful to your guests.

The mattresses are very comfortable, there is something to compare in Abkhazia! There is a summer kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. A washing machine and the ability to quickly dry your clothes on dryers. You can park your car in the courtyard. We stayed in Pitsunda for a week. We have booked a room at the Arina Guest House. I can only say good words! The house is beautiful and tidy. The room where my husband and daughter and I stayed has air conditioning, a balcony, wi-fi, and a TV. Each room has its own shower and toilet. That is, there are no queues for the toilet or shower. The kitchen is located in the courtyard (as a summer option), there is a stove (gas), two refrigerators, a microwave oven, large tables, dishes necessary for cooking. There are shops (several) within walking distance of the house, and a market is 10 minutes away. The sea is also nearby. On the way to the sea, you can admire the natural Pitsunda. The road to the sea in the nature reserve. I can't help but say about the owners of the house. Friendly kind people. They may meet you at the border (if you are not driving). Their 10 points are 10+!!! I liked everything very much!!! We recommend Arina Guest House! We liked it!!!
