I had a rest in early July 2025. I liked everything. Sea view from the balcony, a room with everything you need (refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning), evening gatherings on the loggia overlooking the sea. Excellent cafe on the ground floor, delicious food, friendly staff. Everything you need is within walking distance (pharmacy, household goods, shops with things, shops with vegetables and fruits...) Everything is just wonderful, thank you very much. I will definitely come back next year...!!!!

The waiters said they were not booking, come by 19.00, there will be free tables. As a result, we arrived at 19.00, there were 2 tables available and those in reserve. As it turned out, booking is possible. The waiters couldn't explain how it happened. They ruined the whole impression with such an attitude towards customers. They offered a table in the dust of a nearby bar.

The beach is large (small pebbles), but dirty ( We lived in a suite for several days: +Private balcony with table and chairs and access to the sea +View of the beach and the sea 👍 +Large and spacious room with different rooms +Own kitchen +2 Air conditioners and 2 TVs +Frequent room cleaning +Courteous staff, promptly solves any questions that arise (Anastasia) +Parking near the room "personal" -"lived-in", "raw" room - The dishes were probably inherited) -No masking nets - I consider the price tag for the room to be too high (6800₽/day. without power) We spent 1 day in a standard room: If you don't care about comfort, noise and you are not picky about anything, then "it will do", but the price tag for this room is simply inadequate (4000rubles for 3 adults and 2 small children) If I am still in Abkhazia (which I doubt), I will definitely stay at this hotel, but in a SUITE ROOM (I advise you)…

We had a rest in June 2023. There are no complaints about the hotel, everything worked, cleaning on demand, the location is excellent, the sea is nearby, there is a cafe under the hotel and there are canteens and cafes in the area. A small shared kitchen with a small set of dishes. There is no microwave. The complaints are only about the music from the cafe. If you live in a Standard, then the rooms are located directly above the cafe. If the music is playing in the background, then there is no problem. But often the bartender turns it on at full volume and it's just terrible, it's impossible to be in the room. We changed the room to the 1st, the window overlooks the road, but the music is less audible.

We didn't live in the hotel itself, but we always had dinner at their cafe. The quality of the dishes is excellent, especially the barbecue area!!! Everything is very tasty and the portions are large. If with alcohol, then the average check is about 3,000 rubles. Wifi gets you to the beach, which is a small but pleasant bonus.

A beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and walking distance to the beach with small pebbles are all the advantages of the Argo guest house. We lived as a family with young children of 2 and 4 years old, in room 4, from August 29 to September 5, 2022. The air conditioner in the room is not working properly, the drain in the shower is clogged, THERE is NO HAIR DRYER, the toilet bowl is broken (water is leaking), there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the wardrobe door is not functioning. There is nowhere to wash clothes (there is no washing machine), there are no knives in the shared kitchen (only non-sharp serrated ones), there has never been a change of linen and towels in a week. And the music is playing very loudly until 11 p.m., it sounds like it's playing in your room. Upon check-in, they require another 3000 rubles., as a guarantee that you will not break or damage anything in the room (we did not give). Nastya met us - she was absolutely not a hospitable person, snapped, did not answer questions willingly, the room was not ready for our arrival.

We had a rest in September 2021.The Abkhazians, frankly, got greedy, prices are everywhere like in Sochi.The room is standard.The kitchen is shared by 5 rooms, we did not go there.The room itself is on a shared balcony, the noise from the cafe and if the storm is, of course, not the most pleasant thing in the night.The beds are normal, but the mattress is tired, the springs felt.The toilet is a kapets.The water in the tank takes half an hour, without exaggeration.The plumbing is rusty and the smell of sewage.The hostess is really nice.The cafe is delicious, but terribly long...The view from the balcony and the beach itself is amazing.But be prepared that buses bring tourists to the beach in the morning, because there is a terminal, and they leave in the evening, so it is crowded and noisy in the afternoon.

We ate in the cafe at this hotel for two days in a row. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Everything is very tasty, except pancakes. They are a little dry in themselves. I did not like pancakes with cottage cheese (instead of cottage cheese, there is a curd mass inside). A separate review about the vats. The broth is very tasty and rich. The meat is soft, there is a lot of filling. But the whole dish is spoiled by a large amount of black pepper peas. Not everyone likes it. I liked the fact that the dishes were prepared and served quickly.

How can you wait for 1.5 hours to be served? Dear hosts, with this attitude, your customers will decrease. Don't you feel sorry for your efforts, I understand that you don't respect your clients, but your investments and efforts? Take the time to observe the staff? The number of employees will increase during the season. Your kitchen is out of competition in the Fish Factory area, but everything can change with such an attitude towards guests. We've been there more than once, but this attitude, in terms of expectations, I'm sorry, it doesn't go through the same gate. Work with the staff!!!
