We arrived in Vitebsk, and decided to have lunch on the way. We were here a few years ago. The cafe has become more beautiful, more modern and more comfortable. A very varied menu. We decided to try hodgepodge, chicken broth, draniki (how can we do without them in Belarus), fried eggs with potatoes, chicken breast and champignons. And, of course, cappuccino. Everything was delicious. I was very pleased with the coffee served with a piece of chocolate (for this special mercy 😊). We'll definitely try pizza next time.

We celebrated a corporate party in this place. There are not enough words to describe this wonderful evening. From the very beginning, we were already positioned in a positive way. The lovely receptionist greeted me with a smile and escorted me to the table. The waiter was always on hand. The table and the food are just wonderful. All the dishes are very tasty. The atmosphere in the establishment itself was magical. All people are happy and funny. Smiles and laughter flew around the place and filled it with positivity. We visited this place with friends on 22.03, asked to make a pre-order because we had reserved a table. We did it and they promised to bring everything to us as soon as we were there. The page was booked at 15:00, as a result, the pizzas arrived an hour later, the meaning of the pre-order?). They asked to bring a vase for flowers, the water was warm in the vase… In this situation, I only feel sorry for the waiter's girl, and she was even an intern, there was no help for her, it was obvious how hard it was for her when everyone around was asking for something. But in the room itself (we were on the terrace) there were also waiters and there was an administrator who just stood there and no help… Two stars just because of the intern, we tried to help her somehow and do something ourselves. Things have gotten a lot worse here, the food doesn't seem to have changed, but the service is at zero…

Great place, very helpful staff. They arrived at closing time, hungry and tired, and the receptionist, Ksenia, indicated that not only the bar was available, but also the kitchen, even though there was only half an hour left before closing. We celebrated today's birthday on April 18 at this institution. Everything would have been great if it hadn't been for the waitress.who behaved very unprofessionally from the very beginning. First, she brought two mulled wines, instead of one, after a remark, she said that she had 2 and a 20 discount on her birthday. % Then, about 15 minutes later, she came and took one of the mulled wine, apologized. When calculating for the order, she charged the full amount, after the remark she said that she had forgotten about the 20% discount and when I clarified..she said that she also counted two mulled wines , also forgot ... apologized again and went to count the change. Finally, she brought a strange amount in cash, which for some reason amounted to 10.rub.50 kopecks, it turned out to be 20% of the amount of 91 rubles. 70 kopecks. They didn't want to completely spoil the mood for themselves and the staff.

When we come to your establishment, we take the menu OURSELVES, even if the boarding is incomplete or if the waiter SAW us. I don't understand why in the 21st century the camera doesn't track the arrival of visitors in order to approach them and provide a menu. Plus, when we have selected a position, we raise our hand to place an order and they don't see us. We need to look directly at the waiter so that he understands that we need to approach. Further questions are also for the waiter. There is no question of knowledge of positions at all. When asked what kind of pizza with bell pepper, we are offered pizza with jalapeno. Knowledge of the menu is zero. About the availability of positions (as it was in our case of desserts)They don't know anything either. Once we had to come in for breakfast, and after they didn't come up to us after 10 minutes, we just left the place! Waiting for payment is also a separate type. We need to start by ourselves and pay at the checkout. You're losing your customers, and it's good that you have a reputation and I already know about you as a "seasoned" institution. This is about the advantages. 3 stars for the location and atmosphere. For delicious dishes and quick serving. Polite (but ignorant) waiters.

We came from another city to see the sights and were greeted by this pizzeria when leaving the park. The entrance group is colorful and that's it. It was not possible to evaluate the dishes. No one came up to us for half an hour. While we were waiting to be noticed, we saw the following picture.. The visitors had to sit down at dirty tables and wait for another 5 minutes until the dirty plates were removed and the tables were wiped, and we just sat there waiting. Rather, the problem was with the administration, there was only one waiter in the hall, who, of course, did not have time to do everything. So, after sitting for 30 minutes, we decided to leave this institution.

We were with a friend on 06/24/2025. We waited for the waiter on the summer terrace for 10 minutes, then we took the menu ourselves. The table was dirty, it was cleaned only after they themselves pointed it out. The service and the attitude of the waiter don't give a damn. 30 minutes passed after the dishes were served, and the waiter had already brought the bill and wanted to pay us, we were not going to leave yet, 1.5 hours before closing, why such a rush to expel customers is not clear. After about 15 minutes, I came up with the same question. The empty plates and napkins were not cleaned (they were specially folded and placed on the edge of the table). The impressions are good only for the delicious food and quick service. The chefs are great. I've been to the restaurant 4 times and every time I give it a chance, I get disappointed because of the attitude towards the customers. I'll never go again. You still need to look for establishments with this attitude in Vitebsk, but you keep the bar high)))

By pointing this out to the waiter, the wait would have increased to two hours. At the same time, a couple of tables are occupied and there is no flow of people. + coffee was ordered, which arrived only 20 minutes after the main menu was served. The result: 4 draniki waited for an hour, we have not yet encountered such a thing in Vitebsk. There is no desire to come here anymore.

Because of the children that parents leave behind while they rest , the place is very noisy . It is impossible to chat and sit quietly. The institution also misleads visitors by putting a promotional menu on the tables, which is no longer relevant, responding to this: "and this is just a picture worth it." The administrator did not respond to the request to remove this and not mislead visitors . One star , I wouldn 't go a second time .

The worst service of all establishments in this network! I visited this place three times. The first time we went for the waiter ourselves, but otherwise it was fine. The second time, we went to get the waiter ourselves and waited at the bar for 10 minutes until someone came out of their coma and took the order, the waiter was sleepy, I checked the order several times with him. They brought food and one drink , there were 4 of us . The food is on the table, but there are no plates or forks. About 5 minutes later, French fries and ketchup arrived. And only after another 5 minutes the drinks arrived. The ketchup looked suspicious (it was kind of bubbly), and the taste was also confusing. It felt like the ketchup was fermented. Can't the cooks see what they're putting on the plate, and the waiter see what he's serving to the guests??? The ketchup was changed at my request. Another forty minutes later, the second pizza was served. Before that, I approached the waitress and asked how long we should wait for our order. She replied that the wait was an hour, which she informed us when accepting the order. Although there was no such thing. In general, we took the third pizza with us, since the desire to be in this place was gone. The evening was ruined. I hope that the management will read this review and take action. Didn't you realize that there would be a big influx of guests on December 25th and that you need to prepare for it? The guests of the establishment should not care about this. People come to you to relax and pay money for it.
