My experience with this Ardshinbank branch was extremely disappointing. Over the course of several visits, I came here regarding a UBpay transfer to Russia. On every occasion I was assisted by the same employee, Սոնիա (Sonia). Unfortunately, she was unable to answer even basic questions, including how the transfer could be collected in Moscow or whether it could be canceled if it failed to reach the recipient. Instead of receiving clear guidance, I had to search for most of the information myself. At one point I was looking up answers in ChatGPT while still inside the branch, whereas the employee was having a personal phone conversation during working hours. The service was also surprisingly slow. Sending a transfer of only 5,000 AMD took around 45 minutes. When the transfer did not reach the recipient, resolving the issue required two additional visits and almost another hour of my time. What disappointed me even more than the lack of knowledge was the attitude. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. Instead, I was told that I was responsible because I had not researched everything in advance. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but blaming a customer instead of helping them is simply unacceptable. I have used banking services in many different countries, and this was, without question, one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever had. Well, thank you, Սոնիա. I was very close to cutting up my Ardshinbank card right there in the branch and walking away.
