You can go to the office (there is wi-fi), you can cash out through an ATM. That's what we did at the Central Festival shopping center.: we contacted a specialist at TLG, paid the required amount using the SBP link (they always warn us what the exchange rate is, how much you need to transfer and how much you will receive in dates), and cash was withdrawn from the ATM according to detailed instructions.
