On the first day, before dinner, we received a call from the receptionist informing us that dinner would not be served as a buffet. We were a group of 5 people, but the amount of food they brought was only enough for about 3 people. After informing them that we had chosen the hotel because of the kitchen, everything was great.

The check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we were only able to enter our room around 4:00 PM. Waiting for two hours after a long trip is unacceptable. The hotel should better organize its room preparation to respect guests’ time and comfort.
