We had a rest here in May, no disadvantages were found, only some advantages) - spacious house with all amenities - 5 minutes to the sea by a quiet walk through a beautiful pine forest (one of the best beaches in Abkhazia) - the hosts are very hospitable and polite, thank you very much. - Arkady is the friendliest dog, he has a special place in our hearts) every day he accompanied us all the way to the sea - a quiet enough place, just the right place for a relaxing holiday - there is a barbecue area and a swing - the kitchen is clean, all the dishes are good. It's nice to be in the kitchen and there are no smells. - the store is 5-10 minutes away at a quiet pace, there is a cafe by the sea Thank you for a good rest, if we will be in Pitsunda, then only to you)

We had a rest in 2023 and in 2025, a wonderful place, the best beach with the clearest sea, we were in almost all cities of Abkhazia, but this beach is 100 out of 100, the cleanest, crystal clear water and most importantly very few people !!!Cafes and shops are within walking distance.The houses are very comfortable,spacious (there were two adults and a child), clean, well-maintained territory,Parking on site, in general, many thanks to Anita and Astana, we will definitely come back to you!

We had a vacation with my husband in early September. We would like to express our deep gratitude to Anita for her hospitality and responsiveness. We were settled, even before the time of accommodation. A clean, cozy house with all the amenities was waiting for us. On the territory of the accommodation, there is a large, clean kitchen with all necessary equipment. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the base. The sea is clean, there are few people, a pine grove is a separate kind of pleasure.
