A wonderful hotel in the very center of Karaganda. Very stylish, cozy, and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious cuisine. We booked a sauna at the reception, had a great two hours, warmed up, and went swimming in the pool. We plan to visit Karaganda again, and we will definitely stop here again. I highly recommend it.

First of all, the convenient location of the hotel, friendly and helpful administrators. I lived for 3 days, I liked everything. The hotel is not noisy, the room has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and is generally clean. Delicious and varied breakfasts. There is not much lettering in front of the entrance, it is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Staff and service at the level of If I'm in Karaganda, I know where to go now.
