Positive: different pools and slides. You can refill waterbottles and free drink water. Buses takes you from the parking to the aquaventure. Negative: too expensive for what you get. Not worth the amount you pay. If you are a family of 5, you will pay 400$ just for entrance. In europe a place like this cost at most 150$. Long queues, 30 minute for slides. The food inside is way to expensive. 1 regular small ice cream for 15$. They say they give free watersocks but they are always finished especially for kids sizes and above 41. Locker room cost 12$. In other places is often free. The staff is polite but they usually dont understand good english so you cant ask them for help except for easy questions.

Welcome to those who want to ruin their day, their mood, and just get tired, especially when you've arrived with a child. There's a line at the entrance on a normal weekday, June 25th, a Thursday, not a day off! It's simply impossible to get on any of the slides inside; the wait is an hour and a half! We rode five times the entire day! We didn't even have time to take a lunch break, see the beach, get acquainted with the park's infrastructure, or try the rides. You won't have time for that; you'll just skip everything in line! People with fast passes are certainly allowed first, but no one tells you that such passes exist and can be purchased. For example, I was at the park for the first time with my family, and some people with gray bracelets like ours were running and beating the line on the Aqua Express lines. And at the top, after talking to an employee and persuading them, they always let them in for some reason instead of sending them to the end of the line! We're all standing and waiting too! I don't understand this kind of behavior from the employees! It's very unpleasant and frustrating, of course, it's also unpleasant that it's very difficult to navigate the park. In general, it's not clear where to go, what else is on the territory and how to get there. No one explains anything. The minibus drivers on the territory often refuse to transport us, but we are athletes and walked. If you are ready to walk all day, pay attention! The Shark Attac slide is generally like a joke, an hour and a half in line and 5 seconds of descent, and 3 meters inside the aquarium. We didn't even expect it to be so sad, but the worst thing began when they suddenly closed the slides, they didn't even let us swim to the end of the river, and we went to the showers. The line for the shower with my child, I waited for almost 2 hours! Until 7 pm! When they started asking us to leave because they were closing, it was terrible, standing and waiting in cold and wet suits, lots of children were crying, the women were completely disloyal, everyone was in no hurry. I didn't expect there to be so few showers, for such a big water park! And the worst thing is that I have never seen such dirty showers! Even the shower walls were dirty! It was terrible, there were other people's socks everywhere, empty shampoo bottles, other people's hair in clumps, on the floor and walls, and the tiles in the women's locker room were black with dirt! There was a lot of dirty, uncollected water, you could have gotten injured. Unfortunately, we wouldn't want to go back. It was a terrible experience. I don't understand why no one is writing about this; the positive reviews here are completely inconsistent with reality! I went with my family based on these reviews! I hope my review isn't deleted and people will have a choice, an accurate picture of what happened, and realistic expectations.

The best 5 star Hotel in Dubai to enjoy the family stay. Waterpark and lost chamber made my children’s days. The staff is the best one too who care guests and their mood. The view from hotel was just fine.
