We visited in August 2025, there is a good recreation center, there is a private beach where they clean, unlike neighboring bases, they try to maintain the frequency. The rooms are clean, the administration is very positive and helpful. There is a cafe on site, the only thing missing (all-inclusive) was the cafe's opening hours. I wish at least the bar was open around the clock.

For the second year, we entrust our vacation in Balkhash to the team from the Aqua Crystal recreation center! Once again, we get maximum comfort and coziness: soft towels, snow—white linens, a clean beach with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas - everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I really like the attitude of the staff — they will always help, prompt and make your vacation even more enjoyable. The territory has everything for recreation with children, a safe area. A great place for a quiet and family vacation! It was a pleasure to open a dining room with an open veranda on the second floor this year. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner we watched the most beautiful views. I was pleased with the bar, affordable prices, good cocktails, delicious coffee We will definitely come back to you.
