Level 3 Local Expert

We’re foreigners who speak only English and Korean. The staff at AQSU don’t speak English, but they were very kind and tried to communicate with us using Google Translate. The sauna is clean and really nice. There are sunbeds where we could relax. For travelers, it’s a great place to relieve fatigue. You should bring your own slippers, towels(sheet) and soap (or rent them there).

Amazing experience! Clean spaces, enough room for everyone, no crowds, friendly and professional stuff. Prices are ok. Need to rebuild russian sauna benches, too narrow

This is the best bathhouse in Almaty, I've never been to any spa or baths in Almaty,but here the guys are sparkling clean, you won't even find a hair anywhere, they say the hostess is very pinchy,everything is always sparkling,the staff is cool,very polite 😎, the cuisine is incomparable , especially tomatoes and fried carp🥰🤌🏼🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 🤤 the hostess , wife , mother all go there to keep order,if you want to relax and get high from the sauna only to them , the steam rooms are gorgeous 🥰🤌🏼
