This is probably the most pleasant hostel I've ever stayed in. They settled me even much ahead of time, it's very nice when they meet me halfway. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, was as polite and friendly as possible. The women's capsule turned out to be very cozy and comfortable: there are many outlets, which is especially important when traveling, and cleanliness is excellent. I definitely recommend it!

Not all the disadvantages can be attributed to the hotel, not everything depends on them, but I will describe in general what I did not like. 1. Ventilation in the rooms. It is located at a level twice human height, and it is also inconvenient. There are no options to turn it up, which is why the room is cold at night (and it's +30 outside at night) 2. The kitchen does not provide cold drinks (in Almaty, you can always buy a bottle of lemonade for 400 tenge, if I'm not mistaken, without leaving the hotel), breakfasts, sandwiches. There are deliveries, but the couriers are wandering around somewhere, unable to find the hotel the first time. 3. Location. Close to the railway (similar to Almaty), but due to the disadvantages above, it is suitable for spending the night on the road, when you are only interested in a shower and a soft bed. And where are the disadvantages? And the disadvantages are the lack of 24-hour supermarkets nearby (by the way... Are they even in Shymkent, that is?). Not the fault of the hotel, by any means.
