I bought a product and before 12 hours had passed, I wanted to return the damaged product with the invoice. However, the extradition process was not helped in any way and the issue was not approached in a solution-oriented manner. The right to return/exchange purchased products within 15 days is the legal right of the consumer. Despite this, this right of mine was ignored. An approach that was unaware of consumer legislation was exhibited. I do not recommend shopping to anyone from a place where customer satisfaction and legal obligations are so easily ignored.
