We stayed at the hotel from 17.05 to 24.05, standard room, 9th floor, sea view. We had a wonderful time, the pool is warm at 29 degrees, open from 10 to 22 hours. There is enough food, clean territory, constantly cleaned, bicycles are available for rent, 300 rubles per hour. The hotel also offers paid billiards and tennis. There is an ironing board and an electric kettle on each floor. Before I left, I read in the reviews that the pillows have a lump filler, and that's how it turned out, one pillow was normal and the other was bad. I asked the maid to replace it, no problem, she brought us another good pillow. We went on 2 excursions, one from the biblioglobus tour operator to Sukhum, the other from the travel agency, located immediately at the exit from the hotel to New Athos, we also reached the market in Gudauta by bus, there is a schedule at the reception desk. The receptionists are friendly. We are happy with our vacation, we will be happy to come back someday).

A good hotel, by the sea, 100 m from the beach, we rested in June, there are free sun beds and a canopy on the beach, the entrance to the sea is steep, large pebbles and it quickly gets deep. The beach is clean. There is a nearby eucalyptus alley. The rooms are renovated, new beds, plasma TV, hairdryer, air conditioning. The disadvantage is that there are few outlets and no sconces by the bed. The room was large and spacious. Three elevators, they break down periodically. The pool is warm, and it's nice to swim in it. The territory is planted with roses, lavender, cherry plum, feijoa, agave and aloe. The food is simple, but no one will stay hungry. Instant coffee and only for breakfast, black and green tea bags. There are also three types of porridges for breakfast, they cook well, as well as omelets, pancakes, pasta, dumplings and much more. For lunch, there are three types of soups, meat, chicken, salads, side dish- pasta, buckwheat, mashed peas. For dinner, there is also meat, chicken, fish (not very tasty), side dishes, salads, broth. The fruits were apples and oranges. The compotes are delicious. There is enough food, it is brought constantly. Room cleaning is so-so, not thorough. They give gel, soap, shampoo every day, but in terms of quality, it's better to take your own. There is not much to walk in the evening, there is no promenade, along the village street, and to the nearest store. It is better to buy cheese and smoked meat in Magnit or in Red on white, or from Non-Anila, than it is expensive at the tasting. We were in June, we bought local cherries, medlars, strawberries. We went to the Kystrik cafe, the portions are large, the food is delicious, the service is fast, and alcohol is reasonably priced.

Good day everyone! We're flying home today. We stayed at this hotel in early August. The first time in Abkhazia. I really liked it. We were greeted by helpful receptionists at the reception. We paid a fee of 200 rubles.upon check-in, per person. We checked into a beautiful room with a view of the sea and the pool. The room is cleaned every day. Replacement of towels or bed linen on request. The restaurant's menu is varied, delicious, and fresh. If something ends, they immediately take out more. No one will definitely stay hungry. There are shops not far from the hotel where you can buy cool drinks and delicious trout, shrimps, and mutton!!! The beach is pebbly, you can't go without carols. The sea is clear and transparent. The deck chairs are already being picked up at 18:00. The water in the pool is warm.
