It's a very nice hotel. We stayed here on a tour. The rooms are large and spacious. Everything is there, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, TV. There is also tea and sugar in the room. We're in the tangerine season. They were placed at the reception instead of sweets, very creatively. On the 5th floor there is a dining room/bar. We had breakfast. Delicious. You can choose from a tea/cafe. We were also given porridge for breakfast. I really liked the panoramic windows throughout the hotel.

We had a rest from December 21 to December 28, 2025, at the Apsilia Hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms are large, towels and bed linen are clean, snow-white. In the room, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishes. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day. We had breakfast. Breakfast is served on the fifth floor, in the restaurant. The restaurant is large, the Windows overlook the main road, and the view of the mountains. The food is delicious. But it's cool in the restaurant, even very cool. I liked the hotel, but it's a long way to the sea if you have a summer vacation.

We had a vacation in September 2025. New hotel, clean, cleaning and change of towels daily, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The store is on the 1st floor. Initially, I called the hotel and agreed with the administrator, Valeria, to have two rooms with a view of the road, which offers views of the sea and the gorge. Upon arrival, we checked into a room with a view of the river... The river, of course... This is a view of the industrial area (photo attached)!!! When I asked a question about this, they said sorry, it just happened... The road to the sea is through the cafe "Apshara", through the railway. Everything is dirty along the way, a lot of garbage, a wild beach of course... Dogs that walk forever. There is nowhere to walk in the evening, you need to go to Sukhum. The restaurant on the 5th floor is open only for breakfast, unfortunately we only found out about it upon arrival. The bakery is only good for the residents, as it's mostly bread, there's not much choice. I forgot to mention, the floor in the room is tiled, everything that falls is broken. The shelves in the fridge are flimsy, everything falls out, be careful. Of course, I won't go there a second time... It's very funny, the upper cabinets were placed upside down, unless a giant can reach the handles). And the photos in the double gis on the Apsilia page have nothing to do with the hotel! Recommendations: If you choose this hotel, then choose rooms with a view of the road.
