We had a vacation in July 2025 with a small family company! The hostess is very hospitable, the rooms are clean and cozy! A 10-15-minute leisurely walk along a shady street leads to the sea. All attractions are within walking distance.We will definitely come back here again!

What can I say, the hotel leaves an ambiguous impression. Outside there is a beautiful house with a nice design. The number at first glance also did not confuse anything. And later, many minor flaws were discovered that spoiled the impression. Firstly, there is no mosquito net on the balcony door (it costs a penny on marketplaces) because of this, mosquitoes often fly into the room if you do not close the door tightly. The previous tenants did not stand on ceremony and beat mosquitoes on the walls with frenzy - all the walls were covered in the corpses of mosquitoes and in the blood that they managed to pump. Well, it's unpleasant... I tried to wipe this mess at least a little - it didn't get much better. On the balcony, the clothesline decayed and crumbled in his hands. We bought a new one, left it as a souvenir) the view from the balcony is gorgeous, on the abandoned, overgrown with blackberry thickets - but here, of course, it does not depend much on the owner. Although, if desired, you can resolve this issue with the administration. In the bathroom, not everything is smooth: the faucet in the sink is flowing, water is draining to the floor, there is always a puddle. The toilet flush button sinks, you have to squeeze it every time. There are small tiles with a coil in the kitchen with a full-fledged stove. If at least half of the residents decide to cook dinner, a queue will form. There was no kettle in the room, it was inconvenient. A hotel for two owners, Leonid was ours. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw our room, it seemed that everything was neater and neater there. Olga is the hostess there. It may have happened that way, I can't guarantee. In general, it seems that our room lacked a female host's hand. The location of the hotel is very good - near the market, public transport stop, shops, historical museum, a little further the beach. I probably wouldn't stop here again.
