We had a family vacation at the ASPA hotel – we liked everything! Proximity to the sea is an undeniable advantage when every minute of rest counts. In the morning, as soon as you woke up, you could feel the fresh sea breeze and hear the lapping of the waves, and after a couple of minutes you would be on the beach, enjoying the gentle sun and warm sand. The polite ASPA hotel staff left the most pleasant impressions. All the staff, from the reception to the maids, were always friendly and ready to help with any issue. It was felt that they really cared about the comfort of the guests and tried to create an atmosphere of cordiality and hospitality. Everything is within walking distance – this is probably one of the key factors that made our vacation so comfortable and carefree. There were shops, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and even a small playground near the hotel. There was no need to waste time on the road to buy the necessary things or just walk around the neighborhood. Comfortable rooms are something that is especially valuable after a busy day full of impressions. The room was clean, cozy and thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini-bar and a spacious bathroom. We felt at home, and it allowed us to really relax and enjoy our vacation. Overall, our stay at the ASPA Hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back here again! We recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation by the sea.

If there was a chance, I'd put 10! The hotel is in an amazing location, the view from the room to the nature reserve is breathtaking! The rooms are fresh and beautiful, the bed linen and towels are sparkling white. There are also bathrobes and slippers, shower gel and liquid soap. The staff is friendly and helpful! There are many establishments/cafes near the hotel! And the main thing is that the sea is a couple of minutes away at most! Well, the sea in Pitsunda and on this particular beach is simply amazing! You can leave the car for the whole vacation. It's too narrow. 2. View from the room. We had room 304 on the third floor with a view of the sea and the forest. Very pleasant. 3. The staff. They are very polite and always ready to help. 4. The room. Fresh renovation, heated floors in the bathroom, good plumbing. There is always water, even in the event of a power outage. 5. In the second week of rest, they started making delicious coffee and cocktails, then they plan to add breakfast Minuses: 1. The most important thing is sound insulation. It's strange that no one has written about it yet. There is no sound insulation in the bathroom as such. If a neighbor suffers from binge drinking or indigestion at night, then unforgettable special effects with full 3d immersion in the atmosphere are waiting for you. That's exactly what happened with us. The entrance door also has poor sound insulation. As soon as the neighbors start making a morning fuss, slamming doors and talking, it unpleasantly snaps you out of sleep. 2. Illogical location of the air conditioner unit. It is located on the wall on the street side at the head of the bed. When the neighbors turn on their air conditioner, you will hear the unit working, especially at night. I understand that the owners wanted to observe aesthetics and hide the blocks on the facade, but it would be more logical to place the block on the side opposite the bed, as well as the air conditioner itself. More on this later. 3. The backlight of the air conditioner is too bright. It is located exactly above the headboard of the bed and, when turned on, shines like a night light. Given the complete darkness in the room due to the beautiful blackout curtains, it turns out that this light is visible through closed eyes. I couldn't sleep. 4. Uncomfortable pillows. They are new, but too "liquid", they add up very quickly. It is not comfortable to sleep, and I really liked the mattress. In terms of rigidity, what is needed. 5. The speed of response to comments. Upon arrival, a problem was voiced with a non-working bedside lamp, a broken phone outlet and, most importantly, with a sagging glass door in the shower cabin. They said they would do it. A few days later, the problem was voiced again. As a result, nothing was done. Please pay attention to this, especially considering that the door in the shower costs 50,000 rubles according to the price list of the hotel. There is no point in talking about pricing in 2024 at all. Someone wrote that there is no infrastructure in the hotel for this money. In fact, what do you need? A water park? He is in the defense industry of pitsunda. There are plenty of cafes and shops. The hotel provides everything you need to relax and I hope that in the 2025 season the cost will remain the same, taking into account the addition of breakfast for guests. To sum up, despite the numerical superiority of the cons over the pros, the hotel is worth the money and gets a rating of 4 out of 5 solely for noise insulation. I recommend you to visit it. We stayed at the hotel in the Comfort room in early July. The hotel is new, cozy, clean. The staff is polite and friendly. The location is simply gorgeous! It is 2 steps to the sea, visible from the window. There is a coniferous forest around. There are many cafes and shops. There was no noise from the cafe and the street in the room, despite the fact that the windows overlook the Cypress Alley. The rooms are comfortable and well renovated in loft style. The room has towels and bath accessories, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, a large bed, 2 bedside tables, a folding armchair, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a TV and a refrigerator with a mini-bar. Cleaning every 3 days, breakfast is not included. Beach towels are changed daily. During our stay, a cafe began to be equipped on the ground floor. Among the disadvantages, I can note the lack of a refrigerator in the room, and insufficient storage space. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. I recommend it for a good rest.

There are, of course, several minor decorative flaws (paintings, flowers, mirrors in some places, etc.) that do not affect the quality of rest in any way. If I had known, I wouldn't have taken mine, only they take up space in my luggage. The bed, mattress, pillows are beyond praise, of excellent quality for a hotel. I would like a little more storage space, such as a bedside table with drawers or a chest of drawers, a closet was not enough for us (4 people). I think it will all come with time.))) We rested in August for 24 months. We had a 4-bed room with a "sea view". In fact, this is a room with a nice double bed and a pull-out sofa next to it. In fact, the view from the room is on the central street of the Cypress Alley district. But from the balcony you can see a piece of the sea. The hotel has a beautiful facade, at night it is illuminated adding beauty. But the backlight is on the balcony, there is no way to turn it off, so if you decide to sit on the balcony in the evening, you will find yourself in a showcase, and you will constantly catch the glances of a huge number of vacationers passing to the beach and back. The hotel has good new furniture, excellent plumbing, modern door locks, refrigerator.. it seems to be there, but you can't put your own there. It's like a minibar with unreasonably high prices. Cleaning every 3 days, high-quality cleaning! But the hotel does not have a clothes dryer, the laundry dries on stands at the back of the hotel, so it is very convenient to scratch your back with a towel. Sound insulation!!!! She's not there at all. This is the first time I've encountered this in my life. Being in the bathroom, you can hear the quiet conversation of the neighbors. It becomes very uncomfortable, and the sound of the outdoor air conditioner unit will not allow you to sleep all night. The hostess of the hotel and her children at the reception behave as if you live for free. The location of the hotel is very good, the sea is nearby, a gorgeous grove. But the price is incredibly high. We won't stop here anymore

I'll start with the pros: -location of the hotel - everything is new -everything is within walking distance - close to the sea -beautiful view from the windows Minuses: - the location is also a disadvantage, keep in mind that in summer there are a lot of people, music, etc. Since we were almost out of season, it was quiet and no one bothered us. -50/50 cleaning, towels that had already been washed came across with stains - it was pretty cool in the room, the radiator is standing, but it didn't work, they didn't bother to ask to turn on the heating anymore - I liked the admins in general, but I had to either ask several times, or wait for something, go and take it myself - here they complained about the lack of sound insulation, do not wait for it, the walls are plasterboard, and when the balcony was closed, sometimes we did not even understand whether it was open or closed, since the noise was perfectly audible from the street -the dryer on the balcony for things is not practical and inconvenient as much as possible - a day cost 8,900 just for accommodation - also advice to the owners:Kettles also need to be cleaned🙈there was so much scale!Simple recipe citric acid + water +boiling = clean kettle!Cheap and angry!But we didn't find a lemon anywhere, we bought a remedy, it didn't really help, so I advise you to take it with you just in case. Result:one thing I realized is that in Abkhazia, it doesn't matter which hotel, for 5000 or for 15,000, the service is equally NO😁😁😁😁

In general, the location of the hotel is good, right on the first line, you can walk through the forest a little away from all the cafes, but I give such an assessment for the work of the staff, the administrators are not friendly, they look at you from under their brows, they do not greet, it feels like I owe them something in life, especially the Abhaz administrator! No friends except residents are allowed under any circumstances ... and the very finish line, if I run out of toilet paper- for some reason I have to go to the administrator and ask for a roll, do you really think that I will steal a roll of paper by paying for a room for more than 10 thousand per day? Only the "wrapper" is good in this hotel, the rest needs to be developed!

We stayed at the hotel , comfort + room . The cost in August is 14,500. There is no noise isolation from the word at all , the outdoor units of the air conditioners make noise so that it is not possible to sleep . The water from the air conditioner drips onto the metal ebb , it 's just torture . At lunch, you can listen to the puncher as the owners make the dining room at the height of the season. I was vacationing with my family in Apsa in August, the hotel is new, the repair is not completed, the repair is done in the afternoon, it was such that they drilled at lunch when everyone comes to the room to give it away. The only beautiful photos of the hotel on the street are complete ruin , there is no parking, you leave the car either in front of the hotel on a narrow broken road or drive it to a dusty parking lot in the sand under the sun. Cows walk in the morning near the entrance. There is not a single urn, there is no place to smoke, cigarette butts are thrown everywhere, garbage from the room needs to be taken out to the reception and just left there because there is simply nowhere to throw it. In the morning, a truck is eating, the body of which is loaded with bags of garbage, and these bags can fall on the roof of your car that you are parking near the hotel. On the very first day, our five-year-old child went to the toilet in the room and did not come out because the magnetic lock broke, I picked out this magnet with a teaspoon for 20 minutes to open the door, opened the child's fright crying, while I was opening, a hotel employee ran in trying to help, only hindered when the child opened the door, she had not yet left, grabbed the door and started to examine the lock and for some reason closed it, the child did not have time to come out again, cry again with a teaspoon opened for 5 minutes. I asked why she did it? 🤷♂️ in the morning , they put forward claims that we were slamming doors loudly and generally behaving noisily , one more remark and we will be evicted ! That's the kind of staff there. There is no sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about behind the wall, for two nights the neighbors had fun drinking behind the wall, but strangely enough they did not make comments, the splitsystems on the street are rattling so it is impossible to sleep, I suffered for a week. They know the problem, but they can't do anything about it.🤷‍♂️ . I had a comfort room, the price was 13,500 , the price for it was from 7 to 9 ₽ comfort and relaxation, no staff, just beautiful photos. They don't have their own beach, there's nothing but to spend the night. There is a terrace on the street, there are tables on it, but you can't sit on it, they will remove the chairs. I strongly do not recommend negative comments!!!!!!!!

We stayed at the Arsa Hotel in the summer of 2024. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many reasons for this. According to the rules of the hotel, check-in is at 13 o'clock, we got there only at 15, however, we had to wait about half an hour when the room cleaning was finished. When we entered the room, it felt like we had been hastily tidied up: there was a lot of hair on the floor, when we lay down to rest, the linen turned out to be damp, with an unpleasant musty smell. We initially chose this hotel because we saw good photos on the Internet, read laudatory and, apparently, customized reviews. But at the same time, settling in, you can ruin your vacation. In the evenings, the staff gathers at a table and discusses, openly, all the guests, dividing them into "good and bad guys." You will be "good guys" when you agree to live with one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag for the entire vacation, wash clothes in the palm of your hand under the tap, eat food without reaching the refrigerator, and also sit three on the same chair (although the room is for three people). By the way, food is not provided at this hotel, but judging by the price tag, it is included in the accommodation. The only advantage of the hotel is the designer's work inside and out.
