Very nice restaurant at the heart of the city. They offer fix lunch menus untill afternoon with a good prices. Toilets are clean. Service is fast compared to Almaty standards. They have English menu. I am sure anyone can find something to eat here. We ordered gariechka and hot beef salad. Both were so delicious. They have open kitchen concept. You can see what's going on there. Kinda fun to watch it. The only downside was the inner atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was so dark. Good for vampires 😂. However they have a great terrace and I am sure it would be nice to sit there in nice weather. Beware cuz smoking is only allowed at the smoking area at the entrance.

To our perplexity, she did us a favor and said: Okay, now we'll make you two sticks of barbecue and that's it, she brought 2 sticks of mutton. Okay, we think, maybe the person was tired, maybe they weren't in a good mood, and they didn't say anything. Then, by the end of the event, we ask for the bill, they didn't even ask us about the availability of the bonus card, they brought it in silence and that's it. When asked why you didn't scan the bonus card, the answer was that we were already given a discount and there would be no bonuses (the discount was in honor of my niece's birthday, which is exactly what we celebrated). When asked why, if bonuses and discounts had been awarded before, she began to say that this had never happened and she had been working there for 5 years. But just a minute, we've been customers of the restaurant for 5 years now, and we've always enjoyed discounts and bonuses without any problems. Further, when asked to invite a senior or someone from the management, we received a response that if we did not pay the bill immediately, she would call the police. Just what??? What kind of police? Why such threats? Is this competent on the part of the restaurant administration towards the regular guests? Of course, after hearing the word Police, the niece got scared and started crying, the holiday was completely ruined. When asked to contact the management to clarify all these details, they completely ignored us, moreover, the next day, the administration began to write huge SMS messages saying that it was our fault and the management would not contact us. Don't set foot in this place anymore, no matter how delicious the food is. We were humiliated, made to look like beggars, and no respect or loyalty was shown. By the way, we got a 100k bill, we paid it safely, and we also left a good tip for the waitress, as always in principle. We had no goal of not paying, or knocking out an extra stick of barbecue, we always sat there with our family and the bill came out at least 100k.
