We stayed at this rental for a few days. On our departure day, we were supposed to check out by 11:00. Just as we were still preparing, exactly at 11:00, the staff barged in without warning and tried to force us out. We also received harassing phone calls telling us to leave, with them shouting at us. It was completely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

We rented a 1-room apartment at 11 Luchenka Street. There are no questions about the work of the company, the call center and the website itself. The photos correspond to reality, everything is clear, prompt, always in touch, happy to help and advise. As for housing, the big advantage was the walking distance to the metro station. and in general, the apartment is excellent, externally, in terms of furniture and contents. The questions were about the little things that spoiled the overall picture (the presence of only 4 plates, the absence of garbage bags, a sharp knife, a corkscrew, a bottle opener, scissors, a shoe spoon, night curtains, the sun shone through the windows and TV.) If you do not find fault, then I definitely recommend these apartments.

I booked for 3 nights on Tesla 26) The apartment is beautiful, everything is in mirrors, a new youth district, the entrance is like from Netflix)) Everything is there. The only thing is that I didn't understand how the TV works and how to use the microwave (either it didn't work, or I just don't know something) it's very clean, minimalistic, it's not far from the subway, next to the shopping center. I think I already know where I will stay next time in Minsk)
