Good day! I don't even know where to start. The room turned out to be in terrible condition: dirty, with cobwebs in the corners, and there was black mold and an unpleasant smell in the toilet. The water is sometimes too hot, sometimes sharply cold, and there are problems with draining. The hair dryer doesn't work, so we asked for another one, but it didn't turn out to be there. The bed creaks terribly. The only thing I can say in favor of this place is that the staff here is responsive and ready to help.

The worst service I've ever seen. There was no one at the reception, the receptionist was called for 10 minutes. He came, reluctantly named the price for the room, we asked if it was for a room, he replied that it was. The elevator does not work, we went up to the 4th floor on foot, the room is quite decent. But when we decided to take it and gave the money, the receptionist replied that it was for a person, not for a number. Twice as much for the room. We refused to pay because the attitude is bestial. We went to look for another place, and the administrator was rude after us.
