We stayed at the Republic Hotel and went to this restaurant for breakfast. It's amazing. Delicious and soulful at home, aesthetically pleasing, very diverse. New dishes every morning. Both traditional European and national. Fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, milk, fish, meat and cheese cuts, 9-10 ready meals . At first, I was upset that there was no coffee machine, but the brewed coffee in the jugs turned out to be very decent, and even more convenient - I poured it and it's done. No queues. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. I recommend.

An excellent restaurant, which should not be considered only as an "extension of the hotel." It can be safely recommended as a full-fledged institution where you can have lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The cuisine, portion sizes, wine list, service and hospitality are all very sincere and on a good level. Special respect to the boss! We will definitely come back again when we are in beautiful sunny Armenia.
