The hotel left a pleasant impression. The beach is gorgeous — it is located on the first line, the road to it is through an underpass. Sun beds are in good condition, you can always find free ones. The food is not bad: the choice is meager, but everything is delicious. The queues are long in the evenings, but there is enough food for everyone, and it is quickly replenished. Drinks include beer, wine, vodka, lemonades, juices (chemical), tea. There are coffee machines. They don't make cocktails. We lived in a Garden room — the territory is well maintained. The bathroom has traces of mold and leaks. Room cleaning is mediocre, especially without tips. On the first day, there was water, juices and Coca-Cola in the refrigerator, then only water was replenished. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, sometimes it catches in the restaurant, weak. The staff is very friendly, tries to help, understands a little Russian.

Nice hotel. The most beautiful, of course, is the sea and the beach. The entry into the sea is smooth. There have always been plenty of sun beds with umbrellas, but if you want to sunbathe on the first line, it is advisable to take a seat no later than 8 a.m. I lived in the Garden room on the 3rd floor, everything in the room was working. There was a large balcony with a table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer, and a window with a mosquito net. The only Russian channels on TV are TNT. The air conditioner is individual. I took off the star for the food, there was not enough variety of fruits, not to mention strawberries and cherries, even watermelons were only for dinner. The croissants were also kind of unpeeled, not airy. And it's unclear why ice cream was distributed on the beach from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., it would probably be more acceptable from 3 p.m. Well, I got around to it, but I liked the hotel so much, I recommend it.

The best beach in Avsallar. The hotel is not big, the beach is extensive, there is a cafe -tea, coffee, gozleme,beer, wine, lunch and burgers and potatoes, exit the hotel through a small underpass past the zamama directly to the beach. It's a 15-minute walk to the center, near the bazaar on Wednesdays, in the other direction it's a 10-minute walk to the shopping center with Waikiki and lots of shops too. Visiting the hotel is exclusively a beach holiday, sleeping in the rooms and going to the beach
