I would like to share my impressions about the work of gas station 2. In general, the level of service leaves a positive impression — the equipment is in good condition, the area is clean, and the prices correspond to market prices. I would especially like to mention the work of the day shift staff Anya, Sergey and Nastya, Zhenya. These employees are: always friendly and helpful; promptly serve customers; competently advise on the range of fuel and related products; maintain cleanliness in the workplace; are attentive to the needs of customers. But there is a serious point about the night shift. The only employee working at the gas station at night is Evgeny. In my opinion, this is a violation of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation for the following reasons: 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation): working alone at night increases the risks for an employee in case of emergency situations (aggressive customers, technical malfunctions, emergencies). 220 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation): solitary work at night without substitution creates an excessive burden on the employee.Facility security requirements: Facilities with round-the-clock operation usually require at least 2 employees to ensure control and security. I hope that my appeal will help improve the working conditions of the staff and increase the safety of the gas station.
