I was vacationing with my wife and children at the Anna Maria Guest House in July 2025. They found it by accident and didn't regret it at all. The hosts are wonderful, always ready to help and prompt on any questions. The yard is very beautifully decorated, there are beautiful flowers, palm trees, and fruit trees everywhere.The rooms are clean and cozy, everything you need is there. There is a kitchen with a gas stove and a microwave. If desired, you can cook your own food. There is also a dining room and a barbecue courtyard on site. The beach is not far away (5 minutes at a leisurely pace) There are many small shops and cafes on the way to the beach, as well as several sightseeing spots. A bus stop is also nearby. The beach is wonderful, the water is clean. Perhaps the best beach on the entire coast. The week of rest flew by unnoticed. I didn't want to leave such a beautiful place. Many thanks to the hosts, Violetta and Sergey for their kindness, friendliness and sincere concern for their guests. If we come to Abkhazia again, we will stay exclusively with them.I recommend this guest house to everyone!

We have been vacationing in this guest house for five years in a row. I really like the territory, the location between the mountains. Living on the beach is exhausting. If you are tired of the city and want to heal your soul, then everything is here. And silence, and birdsong! Great rooms. There is everything for living! Many thanks to the owners Vialeta and Sergey. They instantly resolve all issues. Very responsive! I want to come back to them again and again! I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Many thanks to Violetta and Sergey for a wonderful vacation! Our family (my husband and I and a 9-year-old child) We had a rest at the Anna Maria guest house and were absolutely delighted! The hosts showed incredible hospitality: they welcomed us warmly, helped us with accommodation, and gave us many useful tips on staying in the area. I really liked the atmosphere of comfort and warmth created by the owners. It was felt that it was important for them that the guests enjoyed their holidays. We will definitely come back again and recommend this wonderful house to anyone who appreciates a warm welcome and homely atmosphere!
