It was scheduled for 8:40 a.m. today, 01/14/2026, but they could not receive it on time. The woman scheduled for 8-20 was not accepted at 8-50. According to the girls at the reception, three people were booked at 8-00 due to the fault of the call center, which delayed the reception. Supposedly it wasn't their fault, but the call center's fault. I understand that the girls at the reception are not to blame, they explained the situation very politely, which, judging by the reviews here, constantly arises. I couldn't wait any longer because my work schedule didn't allow it.
