We had to sit with an infant in a cafe after 4 hours of driving. After cleaning, the room had a dirty floor, we had to vacuum it, as we walked on some small stones. Sofas, walls, remained dirty. There are sticky dishes in the kitchen. There is a lot of dust on the windowsill. The door to the room is dirty too. The closet has broken doors and crooked hangers. There's a greasy and spoiled kettle in the kitchen. There is nowhere to turn on the microwave, there is only one outlet in the kitchen. The refrigerator was working very poorly, overnight the food inside was covered with water (or melted). They asked me to take out the trash — no one came for 3 days. Then we took it out ourselves (it took us a long time to find the trash cans in the resort). The trash pawns bought themselves. They asked where they could wash their clothes. We were told the maid would pick us up in the morning— no one came before we left. The room description also states: Slippers, safe, safety sockets. None of this happened. We were counting on secure sockets since we were with a small child. We didn't leave right away just because everything was booked in other hotels, we were vacationing for the new year. We do not recommend these apartments for staying with a child. It's too dirty. The number is dead. There is zero sound insulation. The impression of a vacation is very badly spoiled.

But I wasn't there at all.😁 He demanded that we pay for the entire stay. We refused. As a result, I left there in an hour! This man not only did not apologize, but started threatening me and my husband. He seemed like a very serious man.😂😂 He wrote that he knew where we lived and that he would come to our house. We have sent all this to booking.com and we are waiting for a response. I am attaching a correspondence with an employee of these apartments. People, please DON'T BOOK ANYTHING THERE! P.S. As a result, on February 18, I contacted the police on Kopaonika. My husband also contacted the police in Novi Sad separately. When I was there, a policeman called the restaurant and...!! IT TURNED OUT THAT THERE WERE NO INCIDENTS AT ALL, ALL THE DAYS PASSED QUIETLY, AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PERSON WHO DID NOT PAY THE BILL!! I want to warn everyone. LUKA PAVLOVICH works in this apartment. This person invents non-existent situations and demands an advance payment for all days! After that, as far as I understand, he cancels the booking.
