We have been staying at Imran Hotel since January 10, and overall, it has been a great experience! The hotel has a cozy, small territory, and the rooms are kept very clean with daily housekeeping. The staff is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any request. The food is delicious, and there is always something tasty. A special mention to the curd casserole—it’s amazing! Plus, champagne is available every morning, which is a lovely touch. The sea is within easy reach, and the heated pool is fantastic—the water feels like fresh milk. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. Additional services like the sauna and massage room add to the experience, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an hour of sauna as a gift upon check-in—such a nice gesture! 😊 Minor downsides are: The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement. We arrived during rainy weather and had to navigate large puddles near the fence, which was inconvenient. - There were power outages three times a day for about two hours. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it was inconvenient that only the first floors had electricity during the outages. Despite these small issues, our overall stay was wonderful, and we would happily return to Imran Hotel again! 👍

We had a family vacation at the Amran Hotel during the May holidays. I really liked everything: the wonderful palm trees on the territory, the friendly, sweet staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the pool. We had a very good time. Special thanks to the driver-guide Arthur. I drove it all along the route. He gave us the opportunity to photograph all the beauties on our way. Throughout the trip, he told historical, geographical facts, legends related to the places of our visit, jokes, and life stories. He took me some delicious food. We will remember this trip fondly for a long time. At the beginning of May, when we were on vacation, the season hadn't started yet, and the cafes around us weren't open yet. The administrators recommended a cafe with delivery, where they cook well. Thank them very much for this. Our vacation was a success!!!

We are vacationing with our 6-year-old daughter in Abkhazia for the first time. We chose this hotel based on reviews! And it 's a delight ! The rooms are not Euro renovated, but I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere! So, we had a hitch with the numbers , as the second family was not allowed at the border . They didn 't take a fine , they recalculated everything and were pleasantly greeted from a long journey . I got the robe as a compliment. The girls at the reception, the chefs, the man in charge of the household affairs of the hotel, everything is like a big family. Thank you for your warmth and kindness, you are the best! Then I went to the spa , signed up for three services , and in the morning I came and they gave me two services as a gift . 🙏 The cleanliness is perfect, the pool is always hot, clean, the man is watching him , you can feel it right away! The breakfasts are excellent, the room is simple, but it does not cause any discomfort, on the contrary. The beds are large , the linen is white and super clean , the towels are changed, the bed is every three days. Thank you for being here , now every year for a week , definitely to you .
