the location is good , the shared kitchen is generally not bad , there is a trampoline and swings on the territory , there are a lot of cafes nearby , the sea is not far away (10 minutes walk) , the house was not particularly cleaned before check-in, there were cobwebs on the walls , there were crumbs and twigs from grapes under the sheet , there is no generator for the period of power outage, and electricity is often turned off in general. it is possible, but I would like the service to be better.

We had a family vacation in July 2025 in this place. One of the advantages is the location, large enclosed Parking, clean rooms, clean summer kitchen is available. On the downside, there is practically no Wi-Fi, and, accordingly, the smart TV did not work properly. The trouble is with the light, it was turned off twice when checking in, although they say that there will be light in an hour, but in fact 6 hours without light, while there was light in neighboring hotels (on the generator-it's NOT here!). When talking on the phone, the owner replied that he was tired of explaining to everyone why there was no light and no generator, it was not worth teaching him how to live.

Clean, good!Cozy in the cabins!Own parking!!!The owners are also normal!If you're not conflicted yourself, then it's good for you!!!We expressed our opinion that there is nothing for children!So they're on the trail.The day the trampoline arrived!!It feels good!!!By the way, the nearest store is the cheapest...and everything is in it!!!A very good store!!!I recommend you to stay, we liked everything!!!
