Once we ordered a car in 30 minutes, but then it turned out that the taxi had gone somewhere and would be there in 15 minutes, after 15 minutes they said that they were at a gas station outside the city and would be there soon, but after another 20 minutes no one arrived... At the same time, we were not informed that everything was delayed (local phone number). I think this is disrespectful to customers and you should not trust this company. As a result, we ordered another taxi, leaving 40 minutes later…
