Wonderful hotel, I sincerely recommend it) We were with my husband for 9 days in September 2025, I really liked it. Only positive impressions. Cleanliness, friendly and caring staff. Special thanks for the excellent three meals a day. Delicious homemade food, warm attitude to the guests. 3 minutes from the sea, near a great supermarket, within walking distance of a cafe, a coffee shop. I wish you further prosperity!

We had a rest from July 18 to 24, 2025, the hotel is located, a 2-minute leisurely walk from the sea, a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, sparsely populated, and very clean coast, spacious clean rooms, towels and bathroom accessories, everything was provided, polite staff, administration: Armine, Nester, kitchen: Zhanna, Radima Narime, the maids: Saida, Zukhra, we would like to express our great gratitude for the comfort you create for vacationers, your immense attention to each guest, the cuisine is at the highest level, everything is always fresh and incredibly delicious, the pastries you bake are a masterpiece, the children of "maloezhka" ate with great pleasure. The Wi-Fi was barely working the whole time we were on tour. It is cold in winter in the hotel, heaters and air conditioning do not fully warm up the room, many rooms require renovation. The shower can't be removed, which is not very convenient. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there is something to work on.

We had a rest this year!-everything is fine, the food is on the menu, delicious, satisfying, varied, the rooms are cleaned regularly, the car can be driven into the courtyard, the beach is 2-3 minutes, clean, spacious pebbles, sand is normal to enter, even for the elderly, shops are nearby, the choice is not great, but what you need to eat, especially walk down the street from the hotel to the right, bakery with hot local bread is something! The overall rating is good with a minus. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, so I evaluate it in a complex and in comparison. 1. I chose a quieter location, but I didn't take into account that at night the noise from passing cars can't be drowned out. They were disturbing my sleep. 2. I had no luck with the internet and TV in the room. The staff tried to figure it out, but not very successfully. 3. I was confused by the policy of the maids to make only one bed in a double room - the administrator had to step in. 4. The food is budget-friendly, but respect, at the same time, to the cook and the staff of the food store / bar for the highest degree of customer orientation. 5. Overall, the hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I recommend it to those who are used to living in decent conditions.

We really liked this hotel. We were traveling with dogs (3 adults and 2 dogs). I can say this: the food is excellent (simple, but quite satisfying and delicious), the staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious (no frills, of course, but everything you need is there), the proximity to the sea, the cleanest sea, a fairly well-groomed, unpopulated beach, in general, we had a very good rest!!! We have traveled almost all of Abkhazia. I can say this: if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday, then Gudauta is probably one of the most peaceful places). We really enjoyed it! We had a rest last week. The location is excellent, the sea is close, sun beds and umbrellas are free, special thanks to the beach employee, well done. The kitchen is excellent, without gourmet dishes like in canteens, porridge in the morning, soup second at lunch, dinner second, there is an opportunity to order before, note to the hotel, it would be better if the menu for the day was printed out, people could order more. Now, according to the hotel, it is tired and requires renovation, not cosmetic, but major. For that kind of money, you can rent a new hotel, but we fell for the reviews and pictures, which do not correspond to reality. The pillows said they had been replaced, but they were yellow, it was not possible to sleep on the bed, the springs could already be felt, which was a huge disadvantage. Like the furniture, everything was tired and tattered, and they lived in a junior suite-that's one name. The kitchen downstairs is nice, everything is clean, but the rooms inside were a disappointment.

Very nice modern hotel, we liked everything. Varied food, delicious every day. There's a number in the numbers, it's obvious that they're trying. And the coolest thing is the sea nearby, its own promenade with huge palm trees! We will definitely come back again.

The rest was scheduled to start at this hotel on 05.09.25 The first impression was "it doesn't seem to be bad", it ended exactly at the moment when we entered this hotel. It looks beautiful from the street in the dark. That's all. We arrived around 21:00. The receptionist was not there, but we were greeted by two men, one of them was well "cheerful". The second one, for which he was very grateful, helped to carry our suitcases to the third floor. Honestly, I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. In order, we had booked a "Suite" with two rooms. As it turned out, all the rooms in this hotel are "suites", but only the name of the suite is there. Apparently, there has been no renovation here since the construction of this hotel. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, in fact there is one bedroom and one common room with a sofa, which is absolutely not suitable for him to just stand in the room, let alone sleep on it. Pastel linen was provided for only one double bed, and when booking, I clarified that I was traveling with my mother and I was in a position. The air conditioner, which is barely breathing, was only in the living room, not in the bedroom. As soon as we decided to open the balcony in the room to get some fresh air, the whole living and buzzing world of local origin flew into the room. The general condition of the room can be seen from the photo, everything is clear without words. The TV is hanging crookedly, rippling, the baseboards apparently decided to leave on their own, because it's a shame, the walls are painted, some have corpses of dead animals on them. Also, the bathroom door is broken, it's good that I wasn't alone in the room, the door closed and slammed, I couldn't open it from the inside, I had to call for help. There's mold in the tub. I give one star for the kitchen, there are no complaints, the girls cook delicious, the second for the man, for helping with the suitcases. In general, it was enough for us to be in this room for 2 hours, which we decided where to go. At first, we thought to stay the night and ask for another room in the morning, but the hotel neighbors who were still awake said that they had the same horror in the rooms, but they had nowhere to go. We washed up, had dinner, and left. They didn't spoil their vacation. Neither the manager who sold us the accommodation, nor the administrator, contacted us and did not clarify what was the matter, apparently, this is a common practice when guests leave so easily. After such hotels, especially those who travel to Abkhazia for the first time, they are disappointed. But believe me, there are amazing places in this country with hosts who care that their guests live in comfort.

Nice hotel, the sea is across the street (50 meters). Beautiful, well-maintained beach. We lived in a room with panoramic windows, we really liked it. It's sparsely populated and quiet in May. We were satisfied.

We had a family vacation in July. Thank you very much!!! The staff is polite! A cozy hotel . Special thanks to the girls in the dining room!!! Very tasty! My husband does not eat porridge with milk. He was cooked separately without milk!!! We especially thank the woman who cleaned the dishes and served the food (sorry, they scored the name)!!! Cheerful and kind!!! And they have their own beach and umbrellas with sun beds! The water was great!!!

Back in May, we ordered a two-room junior suite, what a disappointment it was when we entered the room. Firstly, the smell of mold, cracked walls, yellow pillows. With children, it was not an option to stay in such a room, I had to look for a new place :(

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel , we liked everything , we would like a variety of dishes , sometimes it was the same , but not about that . Friendly staff, the girls were crazy about our daughter)) The room had a balcony, large and comfortable to stay in. It looks so good when it was delivered to the hotels, everyone paid attention to ours, because it glowed and looked very beautiful. The star is only for the polite treatment of the kitchen staff. Upon check-in, it turned out that the maid works two days later and arrives at half past three, so we were able to check in at 16:00. They gave out two towels, both stained. Changed to others - the same spotted ones! 👍 The pillows are yellow with bloodstains (photo attached) After cleaning - the sink in the hair, the shelves in the dust - what was cleaned is not clear! The shower flows from wherever it is possible and impossible! We moved out immediately after checking in. Madina - you need to learn how to work with claims, and not turn a blind eye to them!

The hotel is disgusting, the staff is arrogant, the hostess of the hotel Madina is an arrogant boor who believes that she treats her guests, and we do not pay her money for the service. Everything in the description is a lie, the hotel is far from the first line, there is no laundry, the declared buffet is also a deception, what was given, then eat, the food is like in a camp, oatmeal porridge, the next day rice porridge, the main thing is 6 pieces of bread in a bite, and money is charged as for restaurant food 🥹)))) The rooms are dirty, most of the beds are broken, dirt is everywhere, the baseboards are not bolted, blankets, pillows, mattresses have not changed for 100 years, plaster is falling from the ceilings. There are pools of water on the balcony after rains and dirt as well. We are very sorry that we were led to positive reviews, and did not adhere to those negative reviews that people wrote about earlier about this hotel, they turned out to be right. It is a pity that they did not attach a video of the "beauty" with which we were greeted and the "polite" communication between the staff and the hostess.

At the beginning of my review, I want to praise the owners of the hotel. They did well, spared no expense on advertising the hotel, posted good photos. So we fell for these beautiful photos). There were also many good reviews from vacationers. To be honest, I would really like to see those who wrote. Are there really those who are satisfied with their stay at the Amore Hotel and are ready to come back to live in such conditions? At the Amore Hotel, my friend and I (with my 12-year-old daughter) "rested" from August 31 to September 8, 2025. Externally, the hotel looks quite decent, we were greeted kindly, offered breakfast, since we arrived before check-in (breakfast cost 300 rubles). After registration, we moved into room 5 on the second floor, although initially we booked a room with a sea view. And from room 5 (very tired and battered), the sea is almost invisible, but the road is...here it is before your eyes, admire and listen to the noise of cars and barking dogs (yes, there are a lot of them, especially it is acutely felt at night)!. Also, for some reason, there was a very strong smell of chemicals in the room, but not household chemicals, but it felt like some kind of animal was being poisoned there. There is no balcony in the room, all the furniture is in a depressing condition. Plumbing is more or less, but the toilet is dirty when you move in, apparently it is not customary to wash toilets here at all. There was a deception on the check-in, and we approached the receptionist named Nestor with a question about providing another room. He spread his hands and couldn't answer anything clearly, he suggested the option of moving to room 11, but this is on condition that no one visits there during the day, as the room is supposedly booked. No one checked into this "booked" room during the day, we moved into it, although it was also in poor condition (dirty curtains, torn upholstery of chairs, worn furniture), but the room had a beautiful view of the sea and access to the terrace. When we checked into the room, the door to the terrace was open, the key was in the lock, and we couldn't close the lock when we went to the beach. We wanted to contact the receptionist with this question, but the hotel waiter said that he would be there later and began to assure us that it was safe to leave the room open, "there were no cases of theft in the hotel." We were not satisfied with this option, we had to sit in the room and wait for the receptionist. We waited, Nestor came and said that the previous tenants had broken the lock and "I'm going to glue the lock now"! Our request to fix the lock in the door He was given an incorrect message, they said that the lock in the bathroom door was broken. Yes, the bathroom lock was broken, but we didn't even notice it. As for the lock in the door, it turns out that before closing the lock, the door handle had to be lifted up. At the same time, I asked Nestor about bedside lamps, there are lamps on the bedside table, but there are no sockets for them...The answer was: "the lights need to be plugged into the nearest outlet," but alas, the cord does not reach it... Okay, we closed our eyes and went to relax by the sea. By the way, the sea is located next to the hotel, it takes about five minutes to walk to it, the beach is clean and well-groomed, you can use sun beds and umbrellas at no extra charge, and there is also a beautiful photo zone. There is a small cafe on the beach where you can drink delicious coffee and have a snack. It seems like you can relax and relax, but alas...There was a surprise waiting for us at night. We went to bed, turned off the light and heard cheerful singing (chirping).....crickets. Yes, the crickets and mantises lived in the room, if we managed to catch the mantises and get them out, then it was more difficult with the crickets. We hear them, but we don't see them... We asked the guard for help, but he replied that the issue was not within his competence. Yes, I agree with him.!) They began to read on the Internet how to "defeat" crickets, and there were various tips... like "crickets don't like wormwood" and so on... Where should we look for wormwood at night?)) We tried to fall asleep with earplugs in our ears, but it didn't help. I had to contact the security guard again (there is no receptionist at night) with a request to give us the phone number of the hostess of the hotel. We called the hostess (her name is Madina), she said that we could move into room 10 (opposite ours). Of course, we didn't move our things at night, we took our pillows, put on bed linen and went to sleep in room 10. Just in case, so that they would believe that "unauthorized tenants" were living in the room, we recorded a video with uninvited neighbors singing. Although, judging by the dialogue with the administrator that took place the next day, the hotel was aware of this problem. Nestor immediately came in the morning with a spray can to kill insects and said that "usually crickets live in baseboards." The receptionist also said that we can stay in this room until September 5th, as the room has been booked since September 5th. Okay, we're staying in this room... Yes, there's a big crack on the wall near the curtain, a towel has been plugged into the ceiling in the bathroom for the lamp, and an old carpet, although the room looks like a junior suite...Okay, let's turn a blind eye to everything... Of course, we talked to the receptionist about wanting to move out and move to another hotel, since there were no problems with the issue of renting a place, there were a lot of rooms nearby, but he said that in this case the hotel would not refund the full price, keeping 20 percent for itself... On September 4, Nestor came up and said he was moving us to room 6 tomorrow...... Let's go look at the room, but it's a double room... Nestor said he would put up a cot, but this arrangement (sleeping on a cot) was not part of our plans...((( As an option, to resolve the issue, I suggested that we be accommodated in two separate rooms, as there were a lot of available rooms at the hotel. Yes, we went to a meeting, we have been staying in rooms 6 and 8 for the last three days. Was there any joy from such a move? No, of course not, because we came to relax, not jump by the numbers. It's the same story in my room 8: the toilet is dirty, the wallpaper is covered with waves...That's how the hotel welcomes its guests...I was sad and just wanted to go home as soon as possible. About meals at the hotel: meals are organized as a complex, i.e. breakfasts, lunches and dinners without a choice of dishes, eat what you have been given. I will write in more detail: for breakfast every day there was one porridge (semolina, rice or millet) and one second course: pancakes, fritters, boiled or fried eggs. Lunch: first and second. For dinner, the second course. Tea, coffee, and compote are also offered during meals, without restrictions. About the quality of the dishes: the breakfasts were very tasty and satisfying, the soups were edible every other time, borscht and pea soup were delicious, the vermicelli soup was given with a pronounced taste of a Maggi cube (we all tried it at least once in our lives), the kharcho was so fat that you could put a spoon in it. The second courses also leave much to be desired: if the meat is in pieces, it is very tough, if minced meat (cutlet, or fried minced meat, something like pasta in navy style), then it is simply tasteless. Once they gave us the cheapest sausages for dinner, and we fed them to the dog. Of course, the reception of such dishes was limited only to tasting, and if we ate something, then for a long time there was an unpleasant taste and stomach pain in our mouth. I would like to say that there were delicious pastries for dinner. Yes, and at lunch they put some salad on the plate of the second course. It is clear that the hostess and the hotel administration were unhappy with guests like us. But isn't it a shame to invite guests to such a dirty and unkempt house? I would like to add that I really love Abkhazia, I have already vacationed (in different hotels) thirteen times, but this is the first time I have encountered such "hospitality".

A wonderful hotel in Gudauta: beautiful, modern, with comfortable rooms. We paid 35,000 for 9 nights, and the price included three meals a day and free rods and umbrellas. The sea is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The food is balanced, varied, and baked every day. The staff is very polite and considerate. You can also sit in a cafe in the evening and drink homemade wine.Almost a European version. Why ALMOST... If there are no complaints about the staff and only amazing reviews, then there are questions about the technical condition of the hotel. And since the hotel does not have a book of reviews and suggestions, in this review I write about the little things that the hotel management should pay attention to. We lived in room number 1. The toilet is not attached to the toilet - one awkward movement - and it leaves its place, no matter how strange it may sound. Next, the shower doors don't close there either. There is no broom or mop to remove excess water or clean the floor. After the renovation, the stains on the floor have not been removed. And most importantly, the balcony is at an angle to the rest of the balconies along the rooms. When the neighbors from the next room go out onto the balcony, they see everything that happens in our room. Therefore, we lived with closed curtains all the time, which is not very comfortable. And yet, when booking this hotel, you should understand that this is a quiet, relaxing holiday without special evening entertainment, such as in Gagra, Pitsunda or New Athos. Therefore, I recommend choosing rooms with panoramic windows.

We had a rest from July 29 to August 3 at this hotel. The staff is excellent. The food is delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed once a week. It is better to take a room with a balcony to dry things. The railway outside the window is not very annoying, as is the highway next door. One star minus for not quite clean bed linen.

This year, my family visited Abkhazia for the first time. I am very sorry that I did not betray the importance of negative reviews, but I should have. When I read about the hotel, I couldn't even think that many of the negative reviews were true. Let's start in order. Border : the queue is terrible , stuffy , hot and it took 2 hours, it was faster to drive back on August 31. We were lucky that we were dropped off near the hotel (there are tourists who were dropped off on the road and then they walked). The hotel is located on the next street from the sea, 5 minutes walk away. They put us in a family room (if you can call it that ) 2 rooms , one with air conditioning and 2 folding beds (for 18 young people, we eventually bought an air mattress and slept on it ), a TV (worked but rarely , there is no payment (this is the answer at the reception), the second room : a large bed and like a closet. There is no air conditioning. Floor 3 and at one fine time along the stretch ceiling ( with holes ) rats started running ( small paws are visible and noise is heard ), it was creepy , and our neighbors saw and heard us . Rivulets with a characteristic smell flowed along the beach to the sea . Kittens were brought by locals and left on the shore , tourists are fed, there are also a lot of dogs. On day 3, we got sick in turn, vomiting and diarrhea as usual. Upon arrival home, they were treated for another month (they took prebiotics). Whatever you ask at the reception, the answer is 1 the owner says do not come, next year others will come (there is no interest in tourists). On the positive side, the hotel has home cooking and kitchen staff , special thanks to them .I will be glad if I can help someone with choosing a hotel.

We have been vacationing only here for the last 6 years, I personally know Madina (the owner of the hotel), but this year everything went through one place.I ordered a certain room, but in the end I got another one (much worse) I needed a cot-in the end, horseradish, the food is just terrible.and so it is in almost everything.

I want to leave the worst review about this hotel, I really don't want to call it a hotel, even the food is the most economical economy of this hotel's service at the lowest level, boorish attitude towards visitors and residents of this hotel for all the years and my experience, I want to say that this is the worst three-star hotel it can not be put in any way this is the most terrible boarding house in which we we had to rest and eat in a variety of canteens and cafes, thank God they were in the vicinity cleaning every three days the hotel itself is not renovated, the rooms are dusty and dirty, the toilets flow, they treated us with complaints so we did not change anything, the hostess of the hotel would like to leave a comment so that she would still take care of her brainchild, they grabbed money and that- I started investing in it because the accommodation turned out to be not the cheapest compared to Adler, and the place is sorry to be in the wilderness!No one wants to look into it! There may be norms for grandparents, but they will not go for such amounts of accommodation!

Nice hotel, located in a quiet location. Beautiful beach, sun beds and umbrellas are included. Set menu, homemade food. The room is cleaned every day. Upon check-in, there was a slight smell of dampness, aired and everything is fine.

A wonderful place for a quiet holiday. My husband and I went on a honeymoon. Overall, we were satisfied. The view from the room is stunning, the sea is just a stone's throw away, sun loungers, umbrellas and a friendly Abdula who will always help you choose a place and bring sun loungers. Lovely waiter Armine, special thanks to her. Excellent service, a kind smile, will answer any question. The cook is excellent, cooks very tasty, the portions are large. But there are a couple of buts. When we got to the hotel (on the 5th of the morning), a young man met us, gave us the keys and did not inform us on which floor the room was. We came to the room for the newlyweds, a wonderful view of the sea opened, but the balcony door facing the common terrace turned out to have half blinds, that is, any vacationer could easily watch us like fish in an aquarium. During breakfast, they approached the adminstrator and asked to cover the balcony door with something.... They asked for it several more times. As a result, after 3 days, HOORAY!!! The long-awaited curtain. They asked to change the towels for the 5th day, to which the cleaners refused. It was lucky that the hostess was at the reception and was extremely surprised, promised to figure it out. AND HOORAY!!! By our arrival, the room was cleaned and the towels were fresh. In general, if you don't get hung up too much, the hotel is great, we liked it.

The hotel is good (at first glance), the staff is super, the food is varied (I came to St. Petersburg for the first time from vacation - minus 5 kg), the rooms are cleaned and the linen is changed on demand, it is quite clean. I've been knocking on the owners for 10 days, asking for a clothes dryer, but apparently this is a terrible shortage in Gudauta. Individuals are allowed to drink alcohol in the dining room on the ground floor. You're sitting, having lunch with the kids, and sitting at the next table with a bottle and a stack, and the administrator doesn't care, he's like on vacation. There is no Internet in some rooms, you have to go downstairs to catch the Internet well. The prices in the shops are terrible, just disgusting!!I had to go to other shops, because those are very expensive for tourists !!. We were met by a drunken security guard , who is also an electrician and a cook on the beach . We arrived late , they didn 't even feed us , because the guard was finishing our lunch with his comrades . We came to the beach , we wanted to order a barbecue . The menu says: "180g - 100g. Barbecue" , ordered 500g for the family - piled everything into one plate, like pigs, and it was 300g. On their scales, to which the so-called Aram (the same drunken guard) said: "The barbecue is fried." I poured the barbecue sauce into a bag . THE USUAL PACKAGE!!! And lavash said to take it at the hotel , well , isn 't he an idiot ? In general, the beach is clean , the sun beds are free (for hotel visitors ) - the only advantages besides delicious desserts . The second beach worker (I don't remember the name) is very friendly, always offers sun beds and umbrellas. We will not come again. We got incredible impressions for the year ahead.

A good hotel, with meals. On the third floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. There are tables on the terrace. A quiet and beautiful place. If you book a few months in advance, it turns out to be inexpensive. We really liked it.

A quiet, cozy place. Friendly staff, the sea is nearby. There are sun beds, umbrellas on the beach, it's clean, the garbage is being cleaned. You can rent a sap board. It is clear that they are trying. There are maids in the staff, the floors were wiped every day, they were there for a week, they did not notice that the linen and towels were changed. There are no beach towels. The common corridor has not been vacuumed, let's say, for a long time, probably, although a washing vacuum cleaner is right there. The food is "ascetic", without frills, very small portions, nothing for girls, children yet, the man, of course, will not eat enough. There is no meat in the soup, for example. Lunch / dinner / breakfast at a certain time, before, they say, they went to a meeting, rescheduled if a person from an excursion is delayed, now they don't. Even if you have purchased an excursion from the hotel, you will decide the issue of food yourself. Additionally, something was not ordered, they said the kitchen was loaded. The service is fast. We had a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, the door did not close normally, we could hear the air conditioner from the street and the car, they promised to call the master, but somehow he did not arrive with us. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are good. The Lastochka train passes very close several times a day), but it's even fun. The audibility between the rooms is excellent, either you have earplugs with you, or you will fall asleep no earlier than in the next room) The bathroom is beautiful, but there is no curtain, you have to adjust so that the water does not pour on the floor, it is better not to look behind the bathtub). On the day before departure, we saw and heard rats that walked on the stretch ceiling, contacted the administration, they promised to bring a repeller ... Transfer in each direction, - more than 7 hours, almost a day of vacation is lost, but here is more a question for the tour operator. The receptionist is at the reception until eight, but then you will be met and placed, if necessary.

We rested in early August 2022, Disgusting, just terrible, we were shocked by the room upon check-in, the curtains were dirty, or rather tulle, they reacted to the call to the hostess by simply removing it, the screws stuck out of the floor by 1cm, they responded to the request to tighten them for 3 days, the shower cabin in general is a nightmare, it seems that it was not washed at all, at the request of the hostess to clean it, two women came and began to assure that she had become like this over the years and it was useless to clean her, I had to teach them to wash the shower stall with their own cleaning products and voila after 5 minutes the cabin sparkled, which they were very surprised, a chair on the balcony in general with a hole, only a pot under it there was not enough))), there are no skirting boards, I would like to draw the attention of the owners to these disadvantages, because with such a location (2 min walk to the sea) and order in their own hotel, you can attract much more guests, although they already have everything packed, probably this explains such an attitude towards guests, (neither hello nor pleasant appetite from the hostess and the owner, with a full dining room, we did not hear more than once) but we are all their guests, the kitchen did not make up for the general opinion about the hotel much, quite normal homemade food and excellent staff are no match for the owners, in general, we no longer set foot in Abkhazia

We had a rest in July 2021, we came to Gudauta because according to reviews they wrote that the sea was very clean. And now about the hotel: 1. They feed poorly, due to the minimum amount of meat, each meal ended with something flour (of course, everyone's business, but such a diet is not for us) 2. A hotel is like a family business, but people go for comfort, not to visit relatives. The waiters do not know how to serve the dining room, they had to make comments and ask to remove the crumbs. Especially upsetting was the fact that when serving soup, the waitress's fingers necessarily ended up in it. 3. The rooms are large, it looks nice, but when we checked in, we had a difficult choice either a closet or a balcony. We chose the balcony, so we took things out of the suitcase for two weeks. There is a plus, you wear less, a lot of clean things and the suitcase is already packed when you leave. 4. Cleaning - the size of the sheet does not match the mattress, you wake up without a sheet, it is not pleasant. The linen was changed 1 time in 14 days. When asked to replace the smelly towel, they were informed that there were no clean towels. The shower stall is overgrown with fungus. Upon check-in, they asked to give a towel for their feet (probably this is a normal desire - not to carry water to the room), they gave out a rag, one for all 14 days. The first week it was still turned over, then there was nowhere to turn it over (I'll even attach a photo). Abdula (beach worker) is the best worker in all of Abkhazia! The hotel management can see that they are trying and investing in the hotel, but the staff with their attitude towards the guests spoils the whole impression. We left with a lot of negativity and unwillingness to return. Gudauta itself is full of rotten stuff, one normal cafe (Balcony - by the way, there is the most delicious khachapur boat in all Abkhazia). the circumstances of 2022 forced me to go to Abkhazia again, we came to Gagra - well, heaven and earth. I am absolutely delighted (A.V. Sokol Hotel). I want to believe that something has changed in Amore this year.
