Great hotel, clean, new, convenient location We stayed at the Amon Ra Hotel for 4 nights (September 2016). We liked the hotel right away. Clean, brand new, with very friendly staff. We checked in immediately upon arrival, although it was only 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony, refrigerator, air conditioning and clothes dryer.There is an ironing board on each floor. Safe deposit box for a fee (3 levs per day). Cleaning and change of towels, daily. The breakfasts are good. On the day of departure (early), we had breakfast packed with us. The location is very convenient, 50 meters to the sea, and ten minutes to the old town. There are a lot of restaurants around, and two large supermarkets nearby. Supermarkets accept cards for payment, but restaurants do not, but in any case we were unlucky. It is more profitable to pay with a card. If you are carrying cash, it is better to take euros or dollars, they change rubles at a completely bad exchange rate. In the bank of the old town, the most profitable rate is in the bank, not in the exchangers. The exchange rate is about the same in the exchangers. I would be happy to recommend the Amon Ra Hotel in Sozopol. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
