By the way, I don't drink, but I understood and accepted the essence of the hotel) + You won't stay hungry. We got to this hotel because of the flight delay. With children aged 9 and 13. The hotel is designed for young people, for dating and nightlife, for parties. Overall, it's a three-plus. The rooms need to be renovated. The pillows are not comfortable. The big minus is that smoking is allowed throughout the hotel!!!! The corridors are smoky, the room is smoky. Cigarette butts are lying on the premises... food. The food was good, there was meat, and there was chicken. The fruits were good. We didn't have alcohol on for a day, but we managed without it. The usual buffet . It wasn't luxury, but we were full and none of our family was poisoned. The pools are clean, one with music, the other relaxing. I also want to note that the cleaning was not very good, but the towels and bed linen were clean and crisp! The territory is quite beautiful, green, well maintained. I repeat, for young, cheerful guys and girls, without children. Of course, there is nothing for children. And, by the way, drinking water is plentiful.

The rooms stink, especially in the toilet - urine, there are streaks everywhere, the bathroom door from the inside is all black and mildewed, the plates in the "restaurant" are dirty, the food is edible for the fussy and with a strong stomach. The hotel was either not designed to accommodate a large number of people (well, as many as possible - without going beyond the limits calculated for the room stock), or they simply had a problem with the Internet (wi-Fi appeared fragmentary) and the reservation system. The music continued until the departure, and it was impossible to keep the windows closed because of the smell. Upon arrival home the next day, they found that their legs were covered in some kind of bites (either from mosquitoes, since they spent part of their time outside on the hotel veranda so as not to go to the room, or from fleas (we really hope that it wasn't from them after all).

The hotel is divided into 2 buildings: the main one, where there is a reception, a bar, a dining room, a spa, shops and a more remote, peaceful one with a private pool. You really can't hear the music from the stage in the room at night We arrived at Alanya Airport at about 19:00, received our luggage, went to the counter of our tour operator, waited 10 minutes and were taken to a Mercedes minivan transfer in which we were traveling alone, I think we were just lucky) Check-in: We arrived at the hotel at about 20:00, there is a bar at the reception desk. When booking in advance, we chose a room in the Relax building, as they say, a party is a party, and sleep according to schedule. And here are the treasured keys to the room. But this is not the best thing there, every day at about 20:00-21:00 a show begins with artists in extremely beautiful costumes based on Disney fairy tales and it is absolutely free, as well as singing fountains. Regarding the building: it's not dirty, but it's dusty. Cleaning is done every day, but the dust and floors will not wipe. They'll take out the trash and make the bed. Cleaners just don't get paid. That's why it is. There is a lot of food, delicious, but it is mainly rice, pasta, lots of greens and vegetables. A minimum of meat. Practically a vegetarian restaurant. Cheese, olives, please. There is very little meat. But there is a local cafe nearby. You can have a delicious meal there. Alcohol is disgusting. It seems that beer and wine are still nothing, but it just seems. If you drink too much, you'll die the next day. It turns out you drink all day, you don't drink all day, and it's like this all the time. The liver can be left there easily. Many people bring whiskey or gin from Russia with them. To survive. And if you drink their cocktails, you can forget your name. It's a long way to the sea. A minibus runs. So we returned from a 9-day stay at this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone! Dirt, debris, and mold are everywhere on the hotel grounds and in the rooms. Shower - there was no hot or cold water on the first day - swearing at the reception again. On the third day, the shower head broke and it sprayed in all directions - back at the reception, and nothing changes. Each time we went downstairs to ask for bottles of water in the room, which, according to the regulations, must be brought daily along with cleaning. Not to mention the fact that we booked a room at Relax, paying extra for it, but they gave us a standard building, since they either rented or sold the relax building. The food is monotonous. It's the same thing every day. Nothing changes. There wasn't even a fish during the 9 days of rest. There was a bus going to the beach every hour, which also broke down at the end of the vacation. There is no bar on the beach, there is not even a place to get water. There are few sun beds. Fortunately, there were not so many people. There is no animation either, instead of discos and night shows on the street, they were right in the building on the 1st floor, and even then it was 2 o'clock in the evening. Although the hotel positions itself as a "hangout" Lunch boxes are also not provided for the tour, they do not provide it. The snack bar was supposed to be open at night, but it wasn't working)) Well, for dessert on the last day of departure, we checked out and went to leave our luggage in the baggage room. A cat took a shit in the corner and the whole room stank, she told the reception about it, and for half a day while things were standing there, no one cleaned anything)) I think it's still there 😆 In general, I do not recommend it to anyone! We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. and it was terribly dirty everywhere on the territory, dirty plates, glasses, sticky tables and no one cleaned it up until 9 a.m. 2. On day 2, there was a meeting with our guide Anex, the first thing he told us was: is everything bad?! And he said that this is a hotel of such a party format, if you see someone making love at night on the sun beds or in the pool, this is the norm for this hotel. 3. Food: in the first 3 days there was at least some variety: pancakes, 3 types of omelets for breakfast, various desserts and hot dishes for lunch/dinner, BUT every day the food got worse and worse, there was nothing to eat at all. Nice hotel. Delicious food. Dancing on the bar and terraces in the evenings. Disco. The pools and bar are open 24 hours a day. I enjoyed swimming at night. Excellent service. Waiters ride roller skates with trays of drinks. Everything is clean. The only negative is the beach. Autumn is a small territory. It's very dirty. There are few sun beds. Those that are without mattresses. Umbrellas are tired and broken. For that, the road to the beach along the gorgeous park is beautiful.
