All the registration counters did not work there, and online registration was also unavailable. We had a transfer for 2 hours and no one came up to us the whole time. 40 minutes before departure, we started to get indignant and demand that someone come up to us, they started calling the head. And 10-15 minutes before departure, they came for us and we hurried to the plane.
