Absolutely unacceptable attitude towards the buyer: the sales consultant answered reluctantly, demonstrating her mood and attitude. Having made the mistake of not checking the warranty when placing the goods, giving me a piece of paper silently after I ran home and found that there were no documents in the box with the goods, none of the sellers even thought to say a simple "Sorry for the inconvenience." This is an indicator of the level of service and attitude that is unacceptable on the part of a store employee. Everyone has bad days, but showing basic politeness and attentiveness is a professional requirement for trade workers
