Ami furniture is the last option for me to buy furniture. We bought a cocoon chair, put it on the next day and the child fell out through the netting, either it was very weak or something was missing. I arrived at the service center, wrote a statement, the employee said to wait a week and a half, as a result, a repairman arrived a week later to remove the video for the factory. Two weeks later, the service center called and we were told that the car would be on the weekend. It's the third week, I'm calling today, and they tell me that there was no car, and when they asked me when they would be there, they would call me right away. It turns out that the money was paid, but we can't use the product. They told me not to contact this store, but I didn't listen.

terrible sellers. I called if there was a bed with a mattress available for the promotion, the only store in the end of the city, I arrived, they said that there was no mattress and the price would be 3 times more, if I had not expressed my dissatisfaction, the seller would have sat and chewed gum. after this situation, I was very dissatisfied, customer orientation is at zero.
