We stayed at Amelie's House from June 23 to June 30, 2025. We really enjoyed it. The room is newly renovated, the territory is well maintained and constantly being transformed for the better. Asida and Batal are excellent hosts, they will always help and prompt you. Rest in this place is for those who primarily appreciate a calm and measured rest. On the way to the sea there is a shop (beer, ice cream, corn), the path passes through the shady asphalt road of the former pioneer camp. We admired pine trees, magnolias and other fauna on the way to the sea. The sea itself is clean, there is a sandy and pebbly surface. You can go sea fishing or buy fresh fish. For a change, you can go to the Golden Coast (20-25 minutes on foot), the neighboring beach. This year, the modern electric train Dioscuri was launched. It is easy and inexpensive to get from Gudauta to Sukhum, the Imereti resort. There is a grocery store within walking distance for those who are going to cook. The prices are acceptable. We took khinkali, dumplings and vegetables, I liked everything. I advise everyone, if possible, we will try to return!!!

We have been vacationing at Batala and Isis for almost ten years now. These are excellent, hospitable people who will help, prompt, and generally come to the rescue in every possible way!) I would like to say a few words about the place itself, the village of Khypsta:to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, along with all these cows, chickens and dogs, it fits perfectly! The rooms have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beach is not crowded with people, unlike other resort places, has a small cafe, is located between two rivers (White and Black (Khypsta and Mchyshta) and has a great view of the mountains. For fishing enthusiasts, you can catch river trout and some of the marine life here.There are shops and restaurants on the highway (I would especially like to mention the White River, on the other side of the village, behind the Sycamore Alley).The proximity of the city of Gudauta, the villages of Mysry (Mussery), Mgudzyrkhua, Lykhny and Otkhara will enrich a measured beach holiday with interesting locations and impressions. In general, I advise you, and we will definitely come ourselves. P.S. In winter, believe me, there is something to do here, and the sunsets are simply magical!)

We had a rest at the Ameli Guest House, which combines beautiful views of pristine nature, a beautiful and clear sea with views of the Caucasus Mountains. I would like to start with the guest house itself and its conditions: • Upon arrival in Abkhazia, you will be greeted at the guest house by wonderful hosts with all Caucasian hospitality, you will not be left without attention, they will answer all your questions, explain everything and tell you how to have a great time in this country. •It is also worth noting the very comfortable and modern rooms with a fresh renovation, which have everything for a comfortable stay:air conditioning, refrigerator, as well as other amenities, all rooms fully match the photos. •The guest house has a swimming pool, a canopy with tables where you can have meals, as well as a kitchen with all utensils, a wonderful barbecue, Parking. After visiting this guest house, my family was delighted, thanks to Batal and Asida for the wonderful Caucasian hospitality, after which I want to return there again and again.
