The spacious rooms feature original interior design, excellent furniture and plumbing, as well as thoughtful lighting and a curtain control system. The restaurant is luxurious, and the breakfasts are varied and delicious. The most important thing is that the staff is attentive and caring, anticipating desires, needs, and questions. Convenient location, accessibility of public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. Our stay at this hotel left a very positive impression. We will definitely think about staying here the next time we visit Shanghai.

I liked the hotel, delicious and varied breakfasts, lots of fruits, pastries, yoghurts, omelets, and local cuisine. There is a small swimming pool. The hotel is located close to the metro. Very friendly staff, helps with all questions. The ATM is located across the street from the hotel, money was withdrawn from the Rosselkhoznadzor card.

The hotel has no windows. They put me in a smoky room. There is even a sign in the room saying "Do not smoke in bed", apparently you can smoke outside the bed. In response to the comments about the smoky room, they offered another room, to which a radiant Chinese man came and wholeheartedly sprayed the air freshener. After that, the new number got even worse. After one more comment, they offered us a third room, which was fully air-conditioned before we arrived. The smell of smoky furniture was felt one way or another in all the rooms. We decided not to stay at this hotel. The hotel refunded the payment.
