The hotel itself is not bad, if you are going to a concert that takes place at the Almaty Arena, then the location is convenient. There is a cafe, the food is delicious, but slow. In the hotel itself, the rooms smell of cigarettes, the walls are very thin, there is nothing in the room (hygiene products), only toilet paper. Not wow. But it'll do for a couple of days.

The hotel is next to the Almaty Arena, so we chose this location for our stay.It's clean, but you can't cook or heat it up in the room, but you can do it all downstairs on the first floor and heat it up and cook it, they'll probably let you if you ask.There is a cafe nearby, but I didn't go there because I didn't have a chance, I left early in the morning and returned to the hotel late at night.

It's clean, cozy, the staff is polite, going to a meeting. There is a thermopot, microwave, hair dryer (in the common room). The impressions are pleasant. It is located in a quiet area.
