To better illustrate the chosen option, I immediately created a 3D design project in the program, which was approved. I was also offered an additional delivery service at the salon. The order volume exceeds a ton, and we had to pay extra for delivery, although in other tile stores, when ordering over 500 kg, delivery is free. This is a significant disadvantage. It is a pity that in this aspect the management does not take into account the interests of customers making large orders. However, Natalia, the consultant, was able to remedy the situation by offering me a discount, which emphasizes her professionalism and ability to find ways out of difficult situations. Another advantage is the product warehouse in the same building and convenient parking.
