We bought toys for a child through Caspi Red, and they charged us another 10% on top of the set price, although they called Caspi Bank, and they told us that these actions were illegal and the seller violated our consumer rights. I do not recommend buying in this store. We also wanted to exchange the purchased toy, but they refused us and said it was dirty. The child did not even touch her, because she was afraid of the sound of the toy.
