It's a very nice and cool place. We came here repeatedly. The waiters and the restaurant director are very nice, sociable and able to provide the right level of service. All the waiters can speak Russian or English. The food is inexpensive, and 2 thousand rubles will be enough to eat deliciously for two people (at the time of writing the review, in terms of manats). Live music is played in the evening, which also adds to the atmosphere!
