The worst hotel , why , firstly , they don't clean the room , secondly, they asked for towels for 4 days, they didn't give us, thirdly, there was no water to drink , there was no Wi-Fi . They say that there are all the amenities , but this is a deception at the time of payment , after that the administrator already changes every hour . It was very cold , during these 5 days , no one had cleaned the room , they even left the keys for cleaning , nothing had changed .

I don't know who writes positive reviews. Everything is old and dusty. The linen is of disgusting quality. My room wasn't changed at all after the previous guests. The administrator, the owner, said something else that they had changed. Yeah, if the hotel owner can't tell the difference between fresh and stale linen, then I'm not sure what to praise him for. If the owner doesn't see that the linen is of disgusting quality and poorly stretched, then I don't know... The towels are black... And I'm going to live with them for a week. It's far from the center, although Aini Avenue with banks and shops is nearby, but it's 2.5 kilometers and a 40-minute walk from central places and parks. There is no window in the huge uncomfortable room. There is an ordinary door to the balcony. A strange decision.

Wonderful guest house, very friendly and friendly staff. A clean and cozy room with air conditioning, a small kitchen where you can have a quiet snack. A beautiful courtyard with a small waterfall, there are gazebos. I recommend you to stay!

Friendly staff, beautiful building. But, unfortunately, dirty rooms. I would like to feel clean from bed linen and towels, and not inhale age-old dust. There was hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom. I didn't like the lighting in the rooms very much, it was a little dark. Only cotton swabs, toilet paper and worn-out slippers were put out of hygiene supplies. By the way, all the noise from the corridor can be heard in the room, it can interfere with sleep. I liked that some rooms also have a study. The photos show the kitchen and part of the breakfast. The kitchen can be used by all visitors of the hotel at any time of the day or night. Really three stars. This place has its advantages, but I really didn't like the dirt and dust in the room.

Cons: 1) They do not accept cards, although it is written in the booking conditions that payment by cards is available. (on the eve of check–in, I contacted the hotel, clarified this issue, and they confirmed to me that yes, you can pay with a VISA card - in fact, you were simply deceived. You can only transfer money to a Tajik bank). 2) When checking into the hotel, there was no light, they said that this was a problem from the previous day, but when the nuances were drowned out the day before, no one told me about it. 3) There is a 24-hour construction site 50 meters away. It is impossible to sleep and stay comfortably in a hotel. 4) The room is dark. Half of the light bulbs are not lit. The rooms are dirty, and there is a huge layer of dust and dirt behind the bed. There is mold in the corners of the bathroom in the shower stall. 5) Extremely unprofessional staff. There is often no one in place. The cooks in the kitchen are yelling loudly and listening to their songs on YouTube – without respecting the hotel guests. 6) There was an unpleasant embarrassment with the staff, namely: I needed to extend the room for another day, in the morning at breakfast there was no receptionist at the reception, I turned to the employee who was running up the stairs, he replied that the administrator was asleep and would only be closer to lunch, they say there is no problem, we will extend the room, go to Have a rest in your room, come closer to lunch. I come to the reception at 11:30 and the receptionist says we can't extend it, we just booked the last room, and gives me 10 minutes to pack. I packed my suitcase, went downstairs and heard a three-story checkmate for the entire hotel, there was no one at the reception again, I looked into the closet from where the screaming was coming from, it turned out that the owner of the guest house was talking to the staff like that, I pointed out to him the inadmissibility of such communication and what a mess was going on in the hotel, as a result, he started yelling at me, switching to "you" that he himself will figure out how to communicate with his employees. After a verbal altercation, the conflict was resolved, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. I consider such unprofessional and boorish behavior unacceptable. As a result, the day was ruined, important meetings were canceled due to the forced relocation. BOTTOM LINE (if we take the behavior of the staff and the owner of the hotel out of the brackets), then staying in this guest house turned out to be absolutely not comfortable.

The strangest hotel I've ever been to. The renovation in the rooms is just some kind of psychedelic. If you live on the ground floor, a flimsy door with glass inserts lets through all the sounds, noise and chatter near the reception and from the next room. A mega uncomfortable bed, springs sticking out of the mattress.
