We arrived to connect Alma TV, five minutes after work we already started saying that they could not do and in general that why should they waste half a day on the client, as a result they imposed an IP block for an additional fee per month because they could not connect Wi-Fi, even though the TV was new two days after they bought a smart one. In general, they did not explain anything because they lost time on us, customers are waiting for them there, they left everything as soon as they got there. A month will pass, we will refuse the service.
