Almaly resort Taraz review. My family bought a vacation and treatment package at the Almaly Resort sanatorium Taraz from August 4 to 13. The sanatorium is located 32 km from the city of Taraz. There is a paid minibus or taxi service to meet you from the train station and airport. There are huge trees on the territory, clean air everywhere, well-equipped playgrounds. There are no mosquitoes at all, there are flies, but there are few of them. The staff is kind, empathetic and helpful. Gulzana khanum, the patient-friendly manager, is sitting at the reception. Always neat, listens to all requests and suggestions. He tries to resolve any issues that arise quickly. In general procedures, the reception is conducted by Gulnara Khanum. Cheerful, responsive, always positive, activist and singer, also monitors the cleanliness and well-being of patients. The procedures include KUF, inhalations, magnet, amplipulse, lymphatic drainage boots, etc. The equipment in the buildings is new, very clean, well renovated, the sanatorium is only 4 years old. Gulnara Khanum reacted in time to our daughter's eye infection, helped send her by sanatorium car to the regional ophthalmology in the city. Therapist Sholpan Kerimovna accompanied us to the hospital and personally took us to an optometrist. Thank them so much for their attention and support. Zhanar khanum works in the building with water treatments, she is a very positive person with a capital letter, she does her job responsibly, she is just like a "janushka", just like a mother. Of the water procedures, salt baths and a circular shower, there are others, but these procedures directly helped a lot by the grace of the Almighty. The director of the sanatorium is a pretty strict woman, keeps order, tries to listen to everyone. The food within the allocated funds is better than in many sanatoriums, but it certainly tastes better at home. Cleaning every day. We lived for 5 people in a room with 5 beds. Linen and furniture are clean, new, there is a conditioner, kettle, TV, shower cabin and plumbing, everything is new, spring water in the tap. There is a small trout farm on the territory of the sanatorium, if desired, you can ask to cook fish for a certain price. Small birds and animals live separately in cages. The sanatorium provides guided tours of the holy sites with a centuries-old history. In the evening, until 10 o'clock, there is a disco where everyone dances. By the end of the week, a band arrives with a live music concert. One day, we patients folded up and ordered meat, drinks, melon and many other things, sat by ourselves. The chefs boiled and cooked beshbarmak. Overall, the impression is very good. The attitude towards people pleases. I would like to ask the head of the sanatorium to continue to keep the brand, thank you very much. Since we have been to many sanatoriums in Kazakhstan, I can safely say that this sanatorium attracts 5 stars. God bless you.
