I signed up for this gym through 1Fit for a slot at 22:00. According to the 1Fit rules, the duration of the workout is 120 minutes. I arrived at the gym at 22:10. There was no employee at the reception, so I scanned the QR code myself and started the workout. When the employee did show up, I was informed that the gym was only open until 23:00 and I would actually be able to practice for about 50 minutes instead of the 120 minutes provided for by the reservation. At the same time, the slot in 1Fit continues to be displayed as a two-hour slot - as I was told, this is done so that the system allows you to register at a later time. As a result, I found myself in a situation where the workout had already been activated and counted, but I couldn't use the paid time. Moreover, due to the start of the workout, I lost the opportunity to enroll through OneFit in another gym at that time. I consider this practice to be incorrect in relation to clients. If the gym cannot provide the full duration of the workout during the last hours of operation, this must be explicitly stated in the schedule and when booking.
