It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious and satisfying takeaway meal. Alice Food in Novopolotsk is really a level. What I take for sure: · Shawarma. The meat is juicy, not rubbery, the pita bread is thin and does not tear. Sauce is a separate song. Moderately spicy, garlic-like, without that greasy mayonnaise bomb. · Potatoes. That's really wow. Crispy, golden, soft inside. Not the one that had been lying under the lamp for an hour. The salts are even, the spices are felt. Why the buzz: · They cook quickly, but not at the expense of quality. · The portions are large — the shawarma alone covers the lunch. · The packaging is tight, does not leak on the go (a rarity!). · It's nice that they don't skimp on meat and sauce. Result If you are in Novopolotsk and you want a real shawarma, and not that "well, it can be worse" — you should go to Alice Food. Potatoes wow, shawarma fire. I'll come back more than once.
