We are just getting married and we are trying to build a house. During one of the busiest and most stressful periods of our lives, instead of doing your job properly, you left us in limbo for weeks. You are not even aware of the victimization, stress and time loss you are experiencing. It is really disappointing that the interest shown before the sale and the promises made completely disappear after the sale. I wish you had been honest from the very beginning and we had acted accordingly. We have experienced great victimization due to the approach and irresponsibility you have displayed during this process. It's really a shame.
