The seats are comfortable, with an adjustable backrest, which is especially valuable on a long trip. I definitely note the availability of free Wi-Fi (it works stably for most of the route) and sockets/USB ports under each seat - you don't have to worry about charging your phone. Drivers are real professionals in their field. Polite, tactful, without rudeness. They will always help you place your luggage in the compartment, especially if it is bulky or heavy. Alfa Tour really holds the lead in travel time due to a well—planned route and minimization of downtime at the border. Buses depart and arrive according to schedule, delays are extremely rare and only for objective reasons (weather, road repairs). Rest and food stops are planned reasonably — approximately every 3.5 hours.
